confirming the details of the directors, and also telling us that the shares are still suspended on aim pending publication of the interim figures for the accounting period ending 30th Sep 11. This to me is hopefully preparation for the accounts to be issued and the share suspension lifted. There will be a mass sell off imho as soon as they are lifted.
has anyone e-mailed these clowns to ask what the delay is with the accounts? from my understanding as soon as the accounts are issued then we should be back on the market, albeit it with a massively reduced shareholding.......I can't wait to top-up....lol
anyone know when these clowns are lifting the suspension on the shares? from memory it was after the accounts were published, just wandered when i could spend my winnings!!...lol
anyone seen the RNS today ref North Atlantic Value LLP? anyone know what this means?...if anything....cheers..
one at a time please. lol. SO, what will the share price be in say a months time (if we don't get liquidated) Cheers guys ;)
on this is it can now only go two ways. 1. They get wound up today (unlikely) 2. Takeover within next 4 weeks - this is based on asto not being able to survive with just the 10 mill input along with a zero credit rating. The writing is on the wall here.
Daddi, I disagree, I was with a company last year who unfortunately got wound up, HMRC were the best creditor we had, they could have pulled the plug 2 years previous if they wanted to. Times have changed.
is a cheap price, the MM's thought they would scare more this morning imo, I think they have underestimated the simplicity of this situation, a few years ago, this would be wound up, but no company can afford this type of loss at the moment. Expect a rise to circa 2.6-2.7 in the next hour or so.
I don't see what all the panic is about, all the evidence in the RNS yesterday points to either a takeover, a merger or just agreement with the creditors. One thing is 95% certain, ASTO will not be wound up tomorrow, this is for sure, my take on it, is that the court will take on board their proposal, and as long as 75% of the creditors agree, and this is based on value, then we are good to go. if anyone has an idea of who the creditrs are and what values, then this would be a good bit of research to see if they can afford the loss. This is not bad news guys, the bad news would have been 4 weeks ago. Have a read of the following link, this is a point of law, no grey areas, it is is everyones interest, and ours for ASTO to keepo trading, in one form or another. GL all http://corporate.practicallaw.com/0-107-7201
99,999 and also a single share trade....here we go. HOLD TIGHT
this is not imho, and no need to dyor, this is just common sense.
this is about to blow, spread getting tighter, the next big rise and people will be too scared to sell or day trade it so the rise will continue up to the (potential) takeover price.
If I were a holder in this share, look at the history....where is the news.....exactly, we are nearing the start of footy season and nothing. If I was in here I'd sell at a loss, don't wait for it to rise, it won't, this company will go bust within 6 months, mark my words. I've been watching this share for 2 years now, if it was going to go somewhere it would have by now. GL anyway!
I don't ramp shares, and this one doesn't need any ramping or clichē's, this share does exactly what it says on the tin!
if you want to advertise a website that you are blatently involved with, why don't you put your hand in your pocket and pay for it, like any other business has to. 99% of your posts have a link to aimsharesforum, if its that great then f*** o** over there!
I see a big rise this week with this, definately wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend!
Hearing rumours that the big prem club who pulled out in July may be coming on board next week. Anyone heard from StevieGill? he should be able to clarify this.
I think that is the bottom reached now on this one, been watching for a few weeks now, just bought in, I feel a deal with a Prem club is just arouind the corner, with the spread reducing this is a more favourable investment. Watch this space.
yeah, I'm with you Steviegill, from what I am hearing, this is heading north early next week with more news from a prem club apparently. Shef Wed have problems at the moment which might be a factor for the drop, but with what might happen next week will far outweigh any negative news today, good entry point IMHO, but as always DYOR.
The chat has gone a bit quiet here guys? anyone got any opinions of where this one might go?, seems a good entry price if the rumours of more deals on the horizon are genuine.
