Share Buyback Programme On 14 September 2012 the Company announced that the board of the Company (the "Board") would consider the appropriate use of funds which had been received as a dividend from Canary Wharf Group. The Board today announces its intention to commence a non-discretionary buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") with its broker, J.P. Morgan Cazenove, acting through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, to purchase on the Company's behalf and within certain pre-set parameters its Ordinary Shares up to an aggregate cost of £30.0 million. The Buyback Programme will commence on 12 October 2012 and end on 26 October 2012. Any such purchases will be effected in accordance with the Company's general authority to buy back shares as approved by shareholders at the Company's General Meeting on 30 August 2012 and the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"). The maximum price which may be paid for each Ordinary Share is an amount equal to the higher of (i) 105 per cent of the average market value of an Ordinary Share for the five business days immediately preceding the day on which that Ordinary Share is contracted to be purchased; and (ii) the higher of the price of the last independent trade and the highest current independent bid on AIM. Due to the limited liquidity in trading of the Company's Ordinary Shares, it is possible that, on a given day, a very significant proportion of, or all of, the shares traded on that day may be purchased under the Buyback Programme. Any shares purchased pursuant to the Buyback Programme will be cancelled and the purchase will be notified to a Regulatory Information Service in accordance with the AIM Rules.
