Am buys today and now up over 8% so looks like RNS on the way
Wow thats big news. Market obviously hasn't seen this yet. guarenteed revenues for next few years on this extension. Thats big. And looks like this $500m payout is nearing a conclusion. Mcap only £6m so could be huge
Nonsense. Strategy devised by nonsense directors how many years can this go one for ..imho
It's all going swimmingly for the BOD...a little hype regarding Slovenia but no progress. Don't stress though we have a magnificent Metals strategy in Cuba!!! All the while milking those extortionate part time salaries!!! Any other business this would be considered illegal. To quote RNS last year, Andrew Dennan the BOD expects to reward investors with positive news very soon in the first quarter. Typical AIM. The BOD clearly have their finger on the pulse. This isn't an investment its a sham!! Embarassing how LSE and the authorities choose to look the other way!!
Wasn't expecting the bid to increase on all those sells.
Ok so after a little amount of digging #AST looks like it has the potential for a short term run higher.
Pros
only 165m shares in issue
Short term catalysts
Claim is €500m euros vs market cap sub 6m
Already begun the case so settlement could soon
TR1s from family offices and HNW individuals
Pump potential into settlement/funding
Negs
funding not straight forward
Goes NT on every trade
Could drag on
It feels similar to the #fox trade and I can see the herd pilling in. Might be worth a small punt to see what happens
if they let you buy any...
Thanks Pet .I was invested in AST until recently but then decided to sell at a huge loss then realised that first round started in April so was thinking of getting back in. But am going to wait. Thanks again PET and very best wishes with your investments.
Should be Marr if you want to investigate
This Sebastian Matt appears to be a serial investor so they are in this share for something by the look of it and though I have been in it for shares decided a top up now
Radika, short answer is 2 - 3 years for a ruling and then a further couple of years of appeals etc. The ICSID web page is quite useful. If you run a search on 'ICSID pending cases' and then click on 'cases database' then enter a claimant's country and the respondent country, the click on 'procedural details' and all relevant information can be found for historic + pending cases. As examples, a Texan gas exploration company has filed a claim against Slovakia. The tribunal was constituted during January 202, first session was March 2022 and the respondent (Slovakia) filed an application for security of costs in August 2022. As of March 2023, claimant + respondent are filing merits on the claim. Ais another example from the ICSID website is an Estonian construction company vs Kazakhstan, the tribunal was constituted during May 2019, first session was during July 2019. Outcome is still pending.
Second tr1 in 2 days from two different people upping their stakes. Bring it on AST

GLA and Dyor before its too late
Do you ever take a day off trying to con people Earl "this will do many multiples"
I honestly think the FCA should get involved when it comes to pump and dump merchants like you telling people stocks are going to multibag day after day then selling for 5-10%...if we actually went by the rules you'd be struck off or even doing jail time.
