Something clearly is going on... another nice rise last week of 30%... not bad ... not bad
checkout out CPM results due soon and and i am expecting a big increase in revenue
going too be a bigger company than pace micro after the acquisition comes into force dyor
very strong close yesterday on solid buying, ... nice :O)
I feel the business lack of competitive advantage in a very competitive sector makes it a unviable proposition for investors. Thats because of several things investors should be cautious about: 1). High Goodwill value; - it could destroy the venerable 37m market valuation. 2). The mystery behind reallocating 1m Euros of receivables to Non-current assets. The shares have risks attached, but people interested need to do more research. For full analysis of Artilium and other companies result analysis, click http://bit.ly/2xz64VU

Dear Artilium followers, I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the progress that we are making as well as an additional acquisition that we are announcing today. Yesterday we have given a trading update to keep you up-to-date with our developments. As you are aware we ambitious in growing our business in the years ahead. And we are making significant progress. For this (financial) year we expect to grow our revenues with almost 30%. And we are expanding our business internationally; we already have customers in 20 countries and will continue to develop further. With exciting developments ahead. One example is today's acquisition of Livecom (www.livecom.com). Livecom is a specialist in customer interaction management, providing a single web application that handles all customer contacts via chat, e-mail, voice as well as the expert knowledge base. In addition, Livecom is expanding its offering to include new customer interaction channels such as Whatsapp. Livecom has a strong customer base in the Netherlands and the integration of Livecom’s business with our subsidiary Comsys offers an exciting opportunity for Artilium. Comsys has already established Artilium in the call centre market and the addition of Livecom’s application presents exciting new capabilities creating additional value to our customers and additional growth opportunities for us. I am happy to see that our business has started growing which is a turnaround compared to previous years. I am confident that we will continue this and would like to thank you for the continued support. this opens new doors...interesting
Today we have taken an exciting step in the further development and future growth of our company. We just announced the acquisition of SpeakUp Belgium. SpeakUp is a VoIP telecom operator with a rapidly growing business customer base. VoIP allows you to make free, or very low cost, telephone calls over an IP data network (or internet) and is growing strongly in the business market. With this acquisition Artilium will have access to next generation Fixed-Mobile integrated products. In addition, our subsidiary United Telecom will become a telecom operator in the Belgium market allowing it to offer better and more competitive services in the business market. I am very happy that we were able to acquire these new capabilities as they will be a strong lever in our ambition to empower telecom operators and MVNO’s around the globe. Kind regards, Bart Weijermars CEO Artilium plc
