I'm surprised not to see any favourable comment on today's agreed takeover news and the consequent leap in the sp.
John Lee of FT column fame is still backing APP.
Nd
It keeps falling on low volumes. Annoying a bit.
Let's get Peter Johnson back, he will sort things out
If this year forecast is spot on with a possible 2p dividend I would say fair value is between 40-50p. That is still sligthly lower than the pre-pandemic SP. GL
There's been a seller offloading 50k shares at a time - in the past few days.
Hence downward pressure on SP>
Appreciate is appreciating so let's all appreciate it
It is looking better today.
Sudden burst of activity this pm, and given the size of the deals, institutions or a predator perhaps?
Very Good for APP.
They earn interest on the dosh they hold.
Appreciate Group H1 presentation to analysts by CEO & CFO, given 23.11.21.

SP 22p , target price 66p. And still sinking...
Explains why the CEO was buying at 27. Surprised to not see this climb higher - will probably happen over the next few days.
Hope they appoint a heavyweight Chair with a digital background.
Decent set of results, recovery is in progress.
Considering this low SP I think the company could consider to buy back some shares. They have the money for it.
Looking at the stock it looks cheap, based on technicals and fundamentals, as well as having a robust balance sheet with no debt. What concerns me is I can't understand the decrease in profit margin, all I can find is this is due to 'increased costs' but admin only went up a million and doesn't explain all the shortfall in profit. Any ideas?
Share price has nosedived recently. Has there been some disappointing news?
Lots of buying the last couple of days, wouldn’t be surprised if we a major holdings RNS on Monday
I'm very appreciative of the share price appreciation of Appreciation!
A very sharp jump but not seeing why? A lot of buying activity too which isn't usual. Not moaning mind just wondering if anyone can shed any light as to why?
To me, this is an end of lockdown play. With retail shops opening up, more and more people are more inclined to gift retail gift cards to friends and family.
With costs restructuring imposed by new CEO, margins should have improved compared to pre-covid.
So overall, an excellent recovery play

I'd noticed it before the update but didn't buy in, bit the bullet first thing and bought, very weird price action this morning though and went negative for a moment. Fine now
...and will only get better in 2021. Just needs to get noticed.
