...now people have had the weekend to ponder what a great opportunity this one is.
aggressive buying today! Did i miss anything.....
Zak has a target of 0.04p and then 0.07p!
Maybe 40p H1 shares or 0.040p?
Jog on Quantum, no1 interested in your cross ramping waffle
By now the RNS should have sunk in, IMO we should have a good week ahead.
I think those that understand Helium will understand that the 2.84 conversion price per share is for IPO. I am confident the IPO day will make it fly too. Fill your boots now and prepare for conversion.
Wishing you a wonderful week ahead and sincerely hope your profile look good.
Price action on 1st day of AIM trading would be interesting.
Stronger Helium price should defo provide a major boost. I can see price staying strong the whole week once it debuts on AIM.
The only way is to buy Attis shares in the market as soon as possible.
You will then be allocated 1 helium share for every 236 shares held at the cut off date when announced and they will be converted on 3rd December.
I would think the shares would be suspended very soon once the prospectus is issued.
IMO a very solid investment for the future.
If drilling all goes to plan they basically have very little competition to worry about.
Apologies if these topics have already been discussed, but trying to get following info:
1. Can AOGL shareholders subscribe for extra shares in the Fundraising?
2. Is there a cut off date for this merger? Or would my holding on 3rd December automatically get converted to Helium1 ?
hi quantumstar - pretty certain they sold their pqe shares at a large loss - cash was needed. From memory it was covered in the recent accounts.
I also have been adding PQE over the months, like to think I caught the bottom a while back. All the signs are commercial production 400-500 bopd in next 3 weeks - expecting a significant uplift there - as it will be world first - heavy oil from sand extraction, environmentally friendly process etc - so fingers crossed they get over the line this time; Steve Byle (Valkor) who has upgraded and now running the plant at Ashalt Ridge will be the man of the moment. We'll know soon enough...
Stocks that increase 110% in a day usually fall 30-40% the following.
Market Makers tried dropping the price Friday but found buyers.
Helium one will be big I expect it to list 10-15p per share.
They have identified helium in the ground, coming to the surface and drilling is scheduled Q2 next year.
We will be the only Helium company on AIM unlike the many oil companies.
The US does not export helium instead keeps for itself, helium prices will increase considerably due to world shortage & demand.
This share price is only going one way, shares that multi bag are out there but this can bag 3-4 times between now & 3rd December.
Everyone will want a piece of Hellium one
The board of directors look exceptional with many years experience in the sector.
GLA somehow I don’t think we’ll need it.

I think there will be at least 414m shares on admission 15% of it held by AOGL shareholders (£1.76m divided by 2.84p). The actual number will be confirmed when the admission document is posted.
Just catching up - here we go again LTHs! lol
But it looks like LTH's might just see some light at the end of tunnel. Better add a few before IPO as it looks like imo there could be very a healthy premium at the offering (and in the AOGL share price run up to 3/11/2020 with those scrambling to get in).
13 min interview CEO - well worth a listen gives much background to Helium One as a private company - plus some very interesting comments from him at 10 min......loads of investor interest he says, encouraging for a good start.

Thankyou for that. I came out on the rise and looking again.
As per HE1 presentation new placing shares represent 34.1% of the enlarged capital. Bear in mind the placing was originally £4m but was increased due to demand. With that size, presumably issued at 2.84p, MMs will probably be cagey with their opening bids.
Can anyone assist please with the anticipated terms of the £5m fundraise. Does this involve the admission of additional equity?
236 to 1 split is massive, what are the new outstanding shares going to be
Thanks JM that was my take on it which is why I also bought 40 mil! Will monitor to see whether I risk anymore!
I agree this needs alot of coverage now once word gets around helium one has the potential to be a monster . I have lost a ton of money on this share but I will be loading up as much as I can before December to try and recover some of my losses gla.
I sold some scirocco last week as they will only have about 4% of the new company.
I now have enough Attis shares to give me 100000 shares in the new company.
As you say a no brainer.
Unless something happens which stops the amalgamation and subsequent fund raising I agree with your comments 100%.
A non Attis or scirocco shareholder would probably have never heard of helium one as not much news coverage has been given.
Come 4th December I can see some big institutional investors coming into play.
They can have mine for a minimum of 50p each.
At the current Attis buying price we need the helium one sp to open at about 5p.
IMO this price should be exceeded on the opening day.
Compared with other helium explorer shares on the helium one presentation we have probable reserves of between 40 to 80 times the next largest explorer and are drilling ready.
They can of course be bought in the open market from the first day of dealing but of course may cost much more.
Looking forward to the ipo and subsequent drilling.
This split is 1 Helium share for every 236 AOGL shares held.
phiim what the 130 k buyer knows ( well is pretty certain of ) is that this( h1 ) will be massively oversubscribed, everyone will only get a fraction of what they applied for and some wont get any HOWEVER Everyone WITH AOGL shares will get their shares at the set ratio regardless of aogl sp on the 3 dec :) buy em now if the price crashes ( which it wont ) buy some more if the price soars ( which it might )you still get the same amount of h1 shares on dec 3 ! Its more than a no brainer but this scenario so rare there is no phrase other than "more than a no brainer" to describe it lmfao bol got 40 mil buying the dips :)
if they do it at 10 to 1 split then the share price would be at 0.215p with 1.4 billion shares or 100 to 1 split then the share would be 2.15p as today's price and then the company would only have 140 million shares outstanding
