If the vote goes the expected way this could be a vanadium company with some funding at the ready. I sold out of BMN in the early days and regretted that, if this can become a quarter of 1% of what BMNs mcap is priced at I’m extremely happy. it could be a dream but it’s not impossible. Or it delisted. I think any potential nomad will be waiting till the votes done and then they will know what direction the business is going, how it’s funded and who is running the company and if they want to work with the company.
Probably going to delist but if Chinese stay in and we get a nomads then this will be one serious multibag
I make it 190K shares sold off today probably by Zorbas.
What do you expect to happen when the Tr1 lands?
A bounce???
No Nomad and loads of stock available.
At a £200k market cap this is ridiculously under valued for the companys AIM listing alone. A Nomad should be secured soon and the board are so corrupt that i wouldn't be surprised if they are all buying back the positions they sold before they announce a new nomad. I wouldn't put it past them. They have stated that they are in discusses with a few potential nomads so it will only take one of them to come on board to propel the share price back past 50p per share.
Is that not an 8% holding you have there?
Kind of odd they said no need for a tr1
All purchases at Between 13p and 19p. Average about 16p/17p.
Whats your average here isisagame? If you dont mind me asking
I reckon it's Zorbas. Tr1 will follow no doubt.
Reggi ,..He got it right ,i'm sorry for anyone here losing money, but he was spot on...And I also said that the 0.05 placing was a desperation act ..
i can only see the vote going for the Chinese and hope it does as they are only people bringing actual capital, a plan and a future forward.
Well I’ve voted for them with 130k Shares. Also I’ve contacted their investor relations about submitting a tr1 and don’t need to as I’m not an institution. A large and risky position for me, but I see some possibility here especially at this price.
50m shares (in old money) sold at 9.5p desperate or what, loads and loads of big sells today?????
Maybe a few but probably not deliberate - key question is how do we see the vote turning out ? Do we believe there will be sufficient majority including postal votes to get the Chinese back in ?
.
move on yasx
Hi - and well, this seems to be a classic example of what happens all the time on these bbs…...the 99% herd who once having bought in refuse to allow any negative views, which many times get proven over time to have been 100% correct. The thing is when you look back on some of these examples, they're poignant and actually quite funny.
so as it stands Lyth will be there friday for the agm - might be worth coming then!!!!!!
and?
There's a poster called yasx, I think you all know him, who took a dim view of ANR back in 2017. On 17 Jan he repeated one of his posts on here back in Dec 17 recently on his Twitter account:

Hi wonder if anyone can shed some light as to who Lisa Riccardi is??
Lisa Riccardo name crops up on a few websites including
The Telegraph, This is money and Shares Magazine as being a Non Executive director of Altona Energy.
They also states that she sold the 17504 shares that corresponds to the same amount as Robert Hales sold, same time same price!
Just wanted to know who she is and why she is referred to as a NED as I have never heard of her.
Anyway thanks in advance to any replies.
With slippers on and collecting only 15p, not the 50p paid Perhaps ;-)
Don't forget Lythe has also sold the majority of his shares the day before the RNS which dropped us to this level. I can't believe he's still drawing a wage, the man has more neck than a giraffe! He's definitely out on a limb if he loses his two mates at the AGM, surely he has to resign in those circumstances?
fwiw done mine - painful gaining a trust of these m ******* and ending up with this! lets hope it comes around for them some day in spades.
there are 6 resolutions. hales. timothy Jones. zhang and ma. latter two. the other two res were auditors and reporting related. done.
