One Tr-1
& Brockham update - currently 50 bopd
TR1...Why sell 12% when the company is days away from producing gas?
Brockham....not a gusher (yet), but a start..all adds to the pot.
GLA.
Yanis, always expect the filth to turn up when good news is due, I hate to say it but I told you so earlier lol!
40bpd net to ANGS before the reperforation. That'll help keep the lights on so hopefully onwards and upwards. 400 barrels ready to sell means a decent lump sum on the way also.
That particular seller has now gone completely so with a bit of luck the large chunks have gone to sticky hands.
All the best
BV,
G.P. (Jersey) Ltd cleared out. Is this a positive thing?
So we have the identity of the seller, GP (Jersey) Limited, who are completely out.
Yes, Yanis, the overhang has gone.
I dont think so, Jersey cleared Thursday and as can be seen from Friday and today theres still a sizable seller.
I am not sure in “the seller cleared” being a positive for shareholders - G.P. (Jersey) Ltd has been a shareholder for a long time (since funding) - why clear out now?
Anybody able to explain?
Distressed liquidation positions. Probably at a loss elsewhere.
Time for Pi’s to get back in.
Johnhenry, you talk a load of crap, prove they sold out on Thursday, and to be honest i'm not bothered who sells to bank a profit.
Read the B loody RNS Date of Threshhold 19th May THURSDAY
Yanis, look on the bright side their's 12% more shares for top ups, go on Yanis lol!
So G.P. (Jersey) have sold their entire (12.08%) holding in Angus. Perhaps they've become disenchanted with onshore UK oil and gas but the timing certainly looks a bit odd when one considers what's going on at SFB, and now at Brockham. I vaguely recall that the people behind G.P. (Jersey) and / or Forest Nominees were previously involved with Union Jack and had an involvement in West Newton and Biscathorpe. They withdrew from those assets too some time ago.
BV, they were involved since the funding for Saltfleetby was arranged. The SP has been at this level a couple of times since. They cleared out now - why?
Is there a logical explanation for this?
GP, what do you read in to this RNS?
Weren't GP Jersey the ones who supported the sale to Sound?
There is evidently a couple of major shareholders getting out, Jersey have declared, more to come ????? Why ???
JH, yes but you cannot just go from 12% to 0% in 1 day without breaking rules. If you are offloading 150m shares the stages are usually issued with an RNS.
Look the company up yannis. It is not fitting in with the sustainable investment criteria IMO. And they have been sold. So they are gone. Happy Monday all.
My guess is they have been offloading into volume, probably since Sound withdraw.
BV, you can go from 12% to 0% legally if you place an order with an MM to sell the whole lot. You only have to declare when the trade is completed.
JH, I'm glad they are out if they wanted Angus to accept the SoU offer.
