has anyone found a solution about what to do with the holding in isa after the deliting please!
I got the information in an online chat after I read the corporate action correspondence, my understanding is, its OK today to hold Amryt Nasdaq Adrs in your Isa .....but once they delist its not allowed :(
I also use Halifax but received no such notification of transfer out of ISA - is there more than 1 type of ISA?
I've been here since fastnet. Recently been topping up to a now large position 40g or so. I was very disappointed that every time the SP starts to go somewhere they seem to buy another company and pay through the nose. However, I recently watched a long interview/explanation on yt and have concluded that they really do know what they are doing. They have also managed to cut costs on their latest acquisition and moved part of that operation to Ireland. High hopes for 2022.
No!!
Haven’t traded AMYT for quite a few months and before that was accumulating. I’m holding on tight, despite the discomfort. All I can see are a good number of smaller trades that appear to be sells and then the occasional large apparent buy. An example being this am when someone paid circa £1.52 for over 30,000. If only my pockets were that deep!!
Only people interested in Amryt now are those that have decided to bite the bullet, with the continual sell off in London mainly from small shareholders from way back Amryt (London) is now finished, but until trading is ceased little will happen both sides of the pond. Two Buy trades so far today look like they are positioning themselves in the hope of good things to come once Amryt is a Nasdaq only share. Is one of them trades yours Baz ?
Might not be too relevant given the likely general stock market weakness in the next two weeks.
Volume seems reasonable with a good nudge in the right direction for the sp too!
I've also been here since Fastnet...
Baz if you can't recall ........it was a lifetime lol ;) but atleast at the time you bought them we were able to live our lives, little did we know where we were headed :( ......I must put that bottle away ;)
Cannot recall how long ago I first bought FASTNET, feels like a lifetime ago!
I think us LTH's do deserve a bit of it ;)
That’s the same as iii, good luck!
Halifax informed me that if I do nothing they will convert my ISA holding on and about 4th Jan 22 I will not be able to trade whilst process is in place and I won't be able to hold them in ISA account, so they will transfer them to my standard trading account. I've held mine since Fastnet too ........seems like yesterday! Lol
hi guys need help as my broker is useless . i have amryt shares in a nominee and an isa account my broker is saying i can not hold them when the list on the usa exchange but also not saying what i need to do with the shares .i have held these for very long time when they were listed as fastnet oil and gas. any thought much appreciated

Scroll down page and look at valuation
Agree, very poorly managed. I've decided to keep it rolling. Halifax have advised that my holding will be converted on and about 4th Jan. Can't continue to hold in my ISA but will be transferred to my personal account so seems pretty simple. Obviously some people have been spooked into selling .....I nearly was, but I hope that once all shares are converted we should see better days .......of course fingers crossed ;)
Someone is hoovering up all these shares of forced (pension fund) sellers.
Management should have anticipated this.
Very unprofessional as many have been holding here since 2016 for a return.
Thanks Joxer, I did that as these things are never worded in a straight forward way! ........ we will arrange the conversion of ordinary shares into ADSs. This will be initiated shortly after 24th December 2021 which is the final day we will support trading in the ordinary shares. Our final day of trading is earlier than the final day indicated by the company - this is to ensure that we can complete and submit the necessary documentation to arrange the ADS conversion free of any issuance fees, in advance of the ADS depository's deadline for doing so.
Probably worth confirming that with ii. My broker needed confirmation to convert to ADS, otherwise they would have taken no action which would have left me holding untradeable AIM shares
I just have a normal account with ii. It looks to me if as if you do nothing they will convert them to ADS automatically. No point selling at these rates if news is expected in the couple of months.

Confirms you can't hold in an ISA but can a SIPP and Fund and Share account.
You cannot hold them in an ISA with HL, but you can in a SIPP.
If in an ISA you will either have to sell them, or you could ask them to transfer them to a Fund and Share Account.
Although technically you can hold NASDAQ shares in an ISA (being a recognised market under ISA rules) HL only have agreements with American brokers to trade certain shares and AMYT is obviously not one of them.
I stand to be corrected but that is how I understand it as I have had a similar situation with another share, and they transferred it to a Fund and Share Account, but there are extra dealing charges.
In my HL SIPP and ISA accounts, I have selected to convert my shares into ADRs; let’s hope that they allow us to keep those ADRs in an ISA - even though HL’s e-mail states that they cannot following AMYT’s AIM delisting - otherwise, we may well be forced into selling them.
