Has anyone had their account credited with ADR’s as yet?
Cheers & thanks
Not sure how long I've been in, probably about 24 months with FASTNET before all of the changes. Been adding since then.
Thanks alphabravo, I won't panic quite yet then!!
I take it you mean that the aim shares have been cancelled but the NASDAQ shares have not been received?
Good to see them do well yesterday!!
Me too, I have been here a very long time!
I blooming hope not ! We need a break ....please ;)
High volume last night and a good finish.
So the EMA CHMP meeting commences Monday week, will they give the go/no go before the FDA? I had assumed they would be more inclined to follow the FDA lead so could a delay to CHMP be on the cards?
My shares on Davy Ireland have transferred but Degiro still no progress
Has anyone had the ADS’s credited to their accounts as yet?
For info I was told by ii that it is unlikely that I can hold in my ISA and if that was the case they would be cross bordered to my trading account
Likewise Bazworth, I have been preoccupied with family health issues and only checked in today to see what was happening. I held shares in an ISA and Trading Account with Interactive Investor and both holdings show zero value now. I had a corporate action note to say the shares would be converted to ADSs in the trading account but it was unlikely that they would be for the ISA. I'm really not sure what happens to those the ISA?
Thankyou very much Bazworth, I very much appreciate your advice and good wishes
Cheers,
Ian ??
Mine & onwards sorry
Not checked where mi e are yet with Halifax, but was told if I did nothing then they would be converted from 4th Jan onwar6and would not be tradable during this period. Interesting that ii said yours could stay in your ISA Baz ....don't think anyone really knows 100% what's
happening ! Welcome to the new normal .....We'll just wing it ;)
Hi Ian
I have my AMYT shares in an ISA with III. Mine too show zero value so I phoned and asked what was happening earlier today. I was advised that III are awaiting the issue of the Nasdaq ADR's. Once issued, III have informed me that they will be held within my ISA, I'll be able to sell them but unable to buy any more within the ISA. I would therefore imagine that your broker is awaiting the issue of the ADR's too. best you phone & ask. Hope your feeling better!!
Dear all
I've been off the radar for a long time on here and a few other AIM companies due to poor health.
Could I have some advice please on what I do next?
I use my own Lloyds share dealing account..
I've just seen all the figures have disappeared from my balances for AMYT.
I see the trading has gone to NY..
What do I need to do now please?
Thankyou ??
Ian
Its gone totally quiet on there lately and have the feeling it will just die out particularly now that a lot of contributors have left the room, if it continues all well and good ;)
What about advfn?
It's not easy finding a forum :( I'm trying out Stocktwits....do a search for amryt from homepage. Don't get excited it's totally different! If anyone else have suggestions they would be gratefully received. Did wonder about a group on Telegram but there isn't one on there at moment and I ain't got a clue how to start one , if someone does it could be a good place for us Brits to have a say.
Sorry about my last post, just realised it's too late.
Which site would be best to follow Amryt chat now it is delisted in the U.K.; yahoo?
If you want to stay with Amryt it's maybe better to buy outside the ISA before the delisting and convert the ISA holding to cash. or the money will disappear from your ISA and it's tax advantages forever.
Did this myself before Xmas.
You may loose on the turn but if you'd sold yesterday and bought back today you'd be quids in!
.
They are still listed on my HL account whereas Amryt LSE listing is gone. My new Amryt listing appeared as an interim line. Should all be OK. You can’t be robbed of the CVRs I would think
Does anyone know what will happen to the CVRs following delisting? Will they evaporate?
That‘a right - when delisted from AIM, any AMYT shares held in an ISA account should be automatically transferred to a normal stocks-and-shares trading account; however, check with your broker on whatever processes you have to follow to ensure a smooth transition.
From what I understand, there is no solution! The ISA’d shares will likely be moved into a trading a/c.
