Gary is being paid £50,000 per month. He has no reason to rush..... just saying.
Stevie is a deranged over exposed gambler who had done his load here. Don’t engage with him. Let him rant.
Stevie, you need to trust in the BOD that this is to ensure the best outcome. Maybe they don't want to give a positive update just yet to keep the SP where it is?
There is a reason for everything, I am sure.
As a long term holder It's best to just let it ride out. Something is going to happen within the coming months regardless.
Not expecting anything to happen here before the agm. And not expecting any announcements at the agm either to be honest. This is back in limbo mode for a while unfortunately. Its frustrating but we're in a bit off a stand off with fca at the moment
LTH I am paying attention, I'm invested in this.
Why did the sp rise on no news?
I've been invested a long time and I've seen all of it!
They say they are working day and night to resolve this. Well 18 months on and we still have no resolution!
It's easy to tell the PI's what we want to hear, delivering it is something different!
Gary talks to us like we are his employees, we are not! Tell them what they want to hear!
I'm getting fed up with Bull!
He and the rest of them are earning a fe££ing good wedge! It's time to deliver!
Stevie you are clearly not paying attention, there wont be a letter of non objection, Gary has confirmed that. Best we are hoping for is that Gary and the bod come back better prepared to prove its a scheme or only other viable option would be insolvency.
If im not mistaken he also said a practice statement letter would be sent to FCA a couple of weeks after the committee meetings were wrapped up.
Should hear something about that before AGM in my own opinion.
LTH, it was when he did the live session, was that 29th of August?
Why do you think there was a FOMO/anticipation rise in the sp? There was no news to make it happen. Investors were trying to get in before the 2 week statement from Gary about the SOA happened. I'm fed up with the games and broken promises, with no come back on them. I'm chilled for me but I want my son to get his money back from when he bought in at 27p.
They know that when the SOA is announced the sp will rise, if the FCA give a letter of non objection it will rocket! It will give all of the PI's who bought in near 30p the chance to get out. That is what I want to happen, for them.
I'm not going anywhere, I'm gonna skim a bit but I'm a LTH.
I don't appreciate being bullshi!!ed by Gary!
Stevie, assuming that the last committee meeting was actually the 2nd September its only few days over 2 weeks, chill
I’m still in the belief that this company will survive, 100 % there will be a dilution, there’s no way the court will accept other wise, but it extremely likely Amigo will thrive and survive after.
Don’t fear this people it a good thing long term.( if it gets us the soa that is, obviously not in general)
Maggie, why say something if you don't mean it?
When asked when will the new SOA be announced why didn't Gary just say after the AGM, as opposed to in a couple of weeks?
Nah sorry pal, if you say something you have to follow it through or don't say it!
Magpies exactly
Stevie... in all honesty, does 'your world' resemble Gary's in any way???
Are you ceo of a multi-million pound company,
had your company brought to the brink of ruin by CMC's and the money for nothing brigade,
been unable to conduct new business for 18mths,.....
had your first SoA thrown out of court...
constantly have the FCA on ya back....
as well as trying to keep the FOS happy....
having to negiotiate with the great unwashed via a 'customer committee'....
trying to keep bondholders & major creditors on side....
trying to fit all the jigsaw pieces together for SoA2 in order for your next day in court......
& finally, but not least, ......
trying to get a new version of your company ready to launch, with one hand tied behind your back !!!!!
Thought not.
GLA
Make your mind up Cando66.
One minute you're ramping the granny out of it, the next you're saying be patient.
I would rather be delayed by a few days more and have this bulletproof
GLA
Cando66, in my world if I say I am going to do something I do it......
Or I lose all respect!
And I don't earn 600k!
Take note..... Gary!
We have been waiting for 17 months a few extra weeks is not going to hurt
GLA
100% agreed Stevie
I can see them hanging this out until after the AGM.
Patience strongwomen :-)
God these idiots are dragging there heels to much for my liking??? Just bloody let us know FFS.
There was a TR1. https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AMGO/holdings-in-company-w1k9vk7fd6imbyb.html
JWD79, sorry I just spotted your post.
I just assumed Vinson was unable to post because of his holding of AMGO shares and that he might be privy to sensitive information. He was very active on this bb previous to his TR1. I might be right, I might be wrong, I don't know?
Vinson had a target of 20million, I don't know if he's there yet?
3% does NOT give you any additional info.
The key % required are 5% to call an GM.
25% to block resolutions
50% to pass an ordinary
75% to do what you want almost.
Other % rights at higher than 3% include permissions to have a silent seat at the board where you will have inside info
The right to force a new board member.
Vinson has none of these rights
Stevielad66 - I may have missed something in an earlier post, but I am curious about your comment -Re Vinson being unable to post.
Can I ask why you believe Vinson is unable to post?
I understand he has a 3% holding - yet since the TR1 (before court case) he has notably posted several times.
Now posting with subject headings such as - RELAX etc.
Just assume if there was an agreement in place - surely this would have been explained/signed prior TR1...
I may be wrong - but if there was anything in place, I find myself asking - why could Vinson post before - but not now?
