Thanks for that link , I have seen the possibility of jp and bybrook as takeovers , what I’m struggling to find is how this could come into reality if the court case doesn’t go to plan? How do they go about it ?
Bryn81 you really must study a little more ;o)

So your saying a potential takeover ??
Coupled with new offerings on digital banking etc etc
I think that JPM will announce that there's an offer on the table or a joint venture using AMIGO's customer base couples with new offerings on digital banking etc etc
Jubberjim, that's a leap for sure
Everyone is allowed their own option as to whether a share will go up or down. What’s your view on why JP Morgan has twice increased their shareholding in almost as many days ?
On 1st March Tiger16 wrote on the EVE Board and I don't know why, but it reads somewhat familiar to me, unless Tiger just simply has an inexplicable affinity to the 50p and only got the new phone today:
"So guys what do we think this will open up ( price tomorrow) . If there is a RNS about the partnership with savanna .. which I can’t understand wasn’t today ?
I say this is about to get attention , yeh trades today where big volume ...
I say open 7 p .. destined to hit 50p by end of week ..
Tiger, that's a bit of a chance in comparison to your prediction from earlier, where you said you see it at 50 next week, easily ;-)
Yes Tiger. You missed out on common sense. This will be above 20p before the court date. And thats a promise.
And into the green bin today!
Well 50p next week to 10p by Friday.
Apologies accepted . Born and bread in London . New phone , hence been typing fast with predicted text .
Far from young : wish I was lol .
The fact is this share is very high risk , and I will be super surprised if this breaks 20 p .
This is months away from being able to function as a business again , and that’s if FCA allow it do so again .
Have I missed something here .
Prediction this will be back under 10 p by Friday ..
Mouse, I have been wondering if the jp buys have been due to company maybe going stateside. Could they be buying in to be the American face?
Echo1 I am polite and don't mind answering questions or helping anyone ..... encouraging someone to read RNS releases is not being cruel in any way at all.....it's the best source of information to start with.....we can all guess what the SP is going to be but in reality it's pie in the sky!
Who let the cat out of the bag
Apologies if this appears judegmental but -
Tiger16's posts are very polite and eloquent but I suspect he's either young or english is a second language.
I do wish him well if he's invested here. Its a risk/reward play for sure.
Right I’ve stopped being lazy and rather than go with my gifted instincts . I’ve read the RNS and now know the story .
This court case will determine the future of this company and SP .
Very high risk .
Need to think about this ..
Say, court agrees and Amigo will start lending. Then it would take a few years to get back to the level it once was £2.5 - £3. Amigo will to proof its integrity on a new level, regain trust of consumers, etc. If...however... the investments of the IIs are being to take the Amigo-Way global, then there will be a time that people will call themselves lucky to have bought in between £2.50 - 3 .
Tiger16 You're welcome....however your guesstimate of 50p next week is somewhat a mystery!? I'm well researched with regards to AMIGO thanks, you're shouting "easy 50p next week" but you have no clue as to what the court case is about?
I suggest you start with reading all previous RNS releases and use the wonders of Google to gather a few more insights
I'd be leaping about the room if we see 20p by Friday and 30p by end of the month. However, that would clash with court date and even then I think GJ said that we still wouldn't know for sure until on or around 10th May? So 50p is far away from our reach right now.
We will not be seeing 50p next week . . .
Decisions to be made for investors in profit at the moment. If AMGO's court appearance is successful this could well reach 50p.
But if not . . .
JP Morgan have of course added a layer or reassurance. And i'm very happy indeed about that.
But with all the bad debt that Amigo has access too is it win win for them?
Deluded to think this will be 50p next week. It would be good though.
Suggest you read the RNS , sept up on the SOA and potential that all could be lost this month.
High risk, pretty exciting
Valhalla thank you .. I felt it was a strange comment to
Make ..
No doubt there profit is down . Yet they have serious investors behind them .
In the present climate there will be a huge market for those who couldn’t pay credit cards , loans who would of been able too before the epidemic.
I see a easy 50 p next week .
I have a question what is this court case about that is coming up this week . ?
Tiger16 Take no notice.....If you are well researched then ignore, it's just a halfwit who's missed the boat or bought on a spike or wants cheaper entry
