Given how much effort he had to put in to get his original RNS that MAY not be the case. I suspect he could sell and unless he chose to go through that again nobody would know. The difference with IIs is that it's all part of the daily process for them, likely automated.
I don't believe for a second this is true, I am just saying it's not a certainty that no RNS means he is still holding. It's a very very strong possibility though.
I think yes but probably advised not to talk on boards because of % of holdings my opinion
Is vinson still here and invested?
We are all gamblers.
The only difference is knowing when to wander off and eat some free sandwiches for a bit.
*only if you are not sitting on a big loss. Those that are, obviously have their own bias.
Exactly bottleman and why not, the events regarding this company are still yet to happen. Monday the SP could be 5p or 10p with this company no one can predict where it’s going in the short term. I topped up on Wednesday just under 8p rightly or wrongly… still averaging at 15p but that’s my stupid fault and now I am condemned to see how this all plays out… I still think 15/20p is possible pre court hearing. But then again according to the thread I am… a Gambler!
Good shout Guesty

Agree institutions are obliged to work within time frames and allocate money to other investments when opportunities arise
This is only a small blip for the SP but a nice opportunity for us smaller investors to top up
Think nobody knows exact outcome until SAO2 excepted or refused
Just done a nice little top up earlier but that’s my decision

Nice Post guesty, lovely little flurry at the end there. Nicely done.
AoB/Mouse, that's a very strange analogy.
I put my seat belt on because its the law and because of women drivers...
But this is just all your opinion. Believe it or not institutions take punts too, they will have been told you have a certain time frame and % to work on to make this trade work, if it falls below that % reduce the risk and move the money elsewhere. Yes the current outlook doesn’t look great but we’ve been here before, we’ve been at 8p and lower. The facts have been stated in GJ’s video on the website and it is up to the FCA to start playing ball. Amigo have fully bent over for them and FCA need to appreciate that amigo are doing all they can whilst trying to keep the company going. Shareholders have all taken a battering over the last year and now will have to pay up again on a RI (hopefully sometime after SOA2 approval) but On the whiff of good news this price will go up. As stated in the video There will be a new SOA put to creditors and there will be another court hearing and that hearing could mean curtains for amigo but either way on the announcement of these events the price will go up. It could take months yet for all these announcements but all I know is that I wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend…
whenever I have negative challenging thoughts about my investments and future decisions, I always remember that there are weirdos on here, without any holdings who relentlessly type negative and criticising comments EVERYDAY. No doubt they're now to old to masturbate into their socks all day, so pass the time calling others gamblers and fools.... if you were a bit more positive you might eventually find some form of happiness in your own life
Blind optimism is for fools. This is a calculation.
I am confident I am not going to crash the car today, still put on the seatbelt and have a foot ready for the brake pedal when needed.
I appreciate it's sometimes uncomfortable hearing different opinions. It's a good thing to embrace though, those that don't won't go far in life.
I agree InsiderK there’s still quite the appetite.
The risk and reward is being moved from institutions to private investors. Read into that what you will.
That 1% was soaked up quite easily and at this price it isn't as big of an issue as it would be higher.
Probably end up with a bybrook rns at the COP
