i'm out, had enough
Just a clear , calm buying opportunity here. Simple
Maybe RY needs to consider taking money in gold bars
Who could have anticipated such an RNS?
. I sold mine a while back.
"Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company") takes this opportunity to update shareholders on the status of the Company's disposal of its AO Kun-Manie wholly owned subsidiary to Bering Metals LLC (the "Buyer"), a Russian incorporated company. Totaling US$35 million, the transaction was anticipated for completion in early November 2022.
However Western introduced restrictions related to the international transfer of funds from the Russian Federation have become more restrictive with time. Mainstream international banks are severely restricting or are no longer allowing such transactions per their internal compliance protocols. This includes the Company's bank which has necessitated establishing alternative banking services. The Buyer and the Company are coordinating efforts to establish a fully compliant fund transfer allowing for completion.
Robin Young, CEO of Amur, commented:
"Amur and Bering are keen to complete the sale of AO Kun-Manie as soon as possible. The majority of our efforts are focused on establishing a chain of custody for the fund transfer which is fully compliant with the current geopolitical situation. We look forward to updating shareholders once the banking restrictions are successfully solved. With regard to timing, this is dependent upon banking institutions completion of their Know Your Client ("KYC") protocols."
Not looking good
12m shares shifted from one account to another for the princely sum of £10. A roll over perhaps?

The buyer has bought an AIM stock last year and one listed on NASDAQ earlier this year. No reason to suggest they won't be going through this sale after initially making a $100m offer.
Trading so far this morning suggests all going to plan
I will be we don't hear anything by COP this week....
I believe that this is a very successful listing which has achieve it’s objectives. A very large & valuable deposit has been established. It’s unfortunate that it was not able to be sold at a more favourable time & price. I’m sure the trading activity over the years has achieved spectacular results for the Industry participants & professionally managed accounts. My favourite is the 2009 trade. It’s unfortunate that many Retail investors have not benefited to the same degree. But that’s the issue with unskilled self manage.
It’s reasonable to say that most shareholders feel they have suffered enough with AMC’s bod over the years. But if Robin Young does get the deal finalised and gets the funds,it will be on its own quite an achievement and will deserve credit for that achievement.
As the saying goes” Give credit where it’s due”

Don’t hold your breath. Still awaiting the 2018 drilling results and TEO aren’t we?
I guess so Gaz, and considering the inclusion of the word "around" in the RNS ("completion is scheduled around the 1st November"), I'll try to contain my disappointment until at least the end of next week.
Monday will be the 5th business day from the 1st November. If we don't get an update from RY by opening on Tuesday I'll be disappointed (again!!!).
You can't always relay on an RNS being published when it should or containing something you can hang your hat on. What somebody is obliged/required to do and what they actually do are two entirely different things.
Having said that I don't have the same jaundiced view of Robin Young as a lot of PIs on here have. I still expect to see a positive (sic) outcome here but when is the big unknown.

The completion of the deal is a huge milestone and price-sensitive one, therefore an RNS is expected with some kind of statement regarding the monies being paid in 5 days' time after the completion.
OblastTigers does make a good point regarding any collapse of the deal will have to be RNSed, but we cannot assume the deal is 'completed' because it hasn't collapsed.
TDT, Possibly a large, laid off, spreadbet being rolled over, it is strange there's no apparent cost.
I'm guessing we won't get news until RY has the dosh in his account. Good point made by OblastTigers, if it's fallen through they are obliged to RNS it.

You reckon its a T20? It's either that or the concert parties are consolidating.
Or quite possibly neither of the above.

Probably a rollover, unusually no difference in price or No of shares. There was one of this value same time last month.
£101,000, bed and ISA! Really?

Someone’s managed to buy…loads & loads again, that’s lots of loads
