whats happening here? plenty of buys going through.
Lol doubt that
Bought some for a trade
Top price being paid.. 1p this week.. Wait wait wait
It's all painted out for you in the results...unless something utterly bizarre happens, the shares are worthless. "As the Board has previously stated, the sales process will not result in any return to ordinary shareholders after repayment of the Trust's bank borrowings, to the extent that this is possible, has taken place." "We draw attention to the disclosures made in note 2 of the condensed consolidated set of financial statements which explain that it is the intention of the Board to seek an orderly disposal of the Group's investment property with a view to winding up the Group in due course"
Aim reversal into is always possible.. As for price Monday I see a huge rise.. No shares available.. Whether company goes bust or not.. People gamble.. Spin the wheel at the AIM casino
Is there a tax incentive here.. I mean massive potential for take over
The net asset value is MINUS £67m. The company only exists (for now) so that its remaining assets can be sold and the proceeds used to pay SOME of the outstanding debt to the banks. At the last balance sheet date 30/6/17 assets were £13.152 m and liabilities were £80.813m. The shares are worthless barring the most bizarre miracle. You know, like someone comes along and buys the remaining property (cur value £9.754m) for more than £78m. Can you see that happening? Durrrr...
Just remember though that the spread currently is 0.10p to 0.15p ... so a 40% rise needed to break even (0.125p to 0.175p) ie. 0.15p to 0.20p .. so quite a big bounce needed to make any material profit... There's no hint of anything positive happening here and delisting is a risk - so if anyone wants a punt - fine... but surely not worth risk of putting significant funds in???
Share price held at the end .. NT to buy.. Hope to add a few more.. Gamble of course.. Each to their own and thanks knivel, totally agree but BOUNCE seems possible
Straight from the company's mouth - "there will be no return to shareholders"... this is about the 5th time the company has stated this .. reality.. How many times do they need to say it before it filters though to the last few rampers? The assets probably would have to double for the NAV to return to positive - and Barclays are not going to wait.. Sadly the only thing that ALPH is now good for is a very short term trade - which Is ultra high risk thanks to the wide spread - and believe me - it pains me to say it as an ex holder
Big bounce coming.. 50% shares traded.. Mcap 100k... Many multi bag s Monday
Mr 2,041,306 lost over £2k in 3 hours
This is AIM so any positive news will see the sp move. There loss has narrowed and with that and the sp priced to fail, it's going to build interest. Still can settle as a cash shell. But who knows what will happen.
Bullfrog clap clap... you look way too keen.. hope you don't have a short lol
If the share was worth the asset value then that would be about -£50m. That's how much they still owe Barclays once the last properties have sold. Once the properties have sold this goes into administration hence it being a dog - no value whatsoever.
Nothing is coming to the shareholders once assets are sold so my good friend no value at all to hare holders. This is a basket case delisting next on the line.
What is the value of the sp when they said nil value?
They still have assets and the banks are supported, so the shares are worth the asset value.
Company that would delist at any moment people still buying this turd
Share are worthless no value per say absolutely no value run for the hills and look at the horrible spread
