Anyone know who the potential suitors are.
Many parties in, so expect fireworks and potential bidding war?

Opps that should be ..
You seem to be assuming that there is NO future for graphene based products.
You seem to be assuming that there is future for graphene based products.
IMHO they have some very interesting products.
Their problem is the cost of development and the cost of marketing.
An investor with a lot of capital could make a good ROI.
There are only 64m shares here , so offering a price to shareholders for a buyout wont be that expensive for a buyer , despite needing to input more finance ( which is a given at this stage, anyway)
They do have a lot of leads and potential clients and the potential for the IP is there ...needs another 12-18 months though ...but definitely worth a serious look at...
For all the IP, Research data base , customer base , website etc ...it is certainly worth 15p-20p a share ....what would it cost to start everything from scratch ....plus the time involved ..
Time will tell,I'm looking it as the company in discussion with a few interested parties,in time the herd will come,if I lose I lose
No vol,,,,Thats because only you are mad enough to buy this dawg. I hope you get a rally up to about 8p and grab the profit!
I wrote a while ago: "someone will buy the company for a pittance from the administrators. Should never be on any market"
I think any deal here will be at a max of 1 to 2 pence. Redundancies going ahead. No business here. Sales a pittance, millions in cost. Debt. Directors have no interest whatsoever i shareholders or how much blown since last placing.
Looking good the sell price is rising without volume
Just reading 64mill shares but 63% held by institutions,so just 37% in free float, for a potential sale in next 3 weeks, seems like it's a risk worth taking to me
Just to see what happens, big spread but potential to be sold in the next 3 weeks, what will be will be.good luck for everyone
I'd be taking a bigger haircut than that if I sold, to say it's been a very poor investment would be understatement.
I'm inclined to wait and see what they have to say, however feeble it might be. I always thought that the graphene enhanced paint would be the killer product for the company, but it seems the big paint companies aren't biting, or perhaps they just sit back and watch the company collapse into administration then pick up the IP for a low price?
I was a shareholder at the beginning of this week but sold up on Wednesday taking about a 90% loss.
Not that being a shareholder is likely to get me an honest answer or even answer at all about annual report.
I am pointing something out to you all and to me, I kind of use these boards to rub in my own stupidities.
I should have seen no annual report and been a bit forewarned!
Pokerchips should remember I have been doubtful about AGM for some time now, mostly I have put these doubts out my mind.
As far as assets go for the hyena's there clearly shouldn't be many if any, and I kind of think if the IP was really something more would have been achieved than the paltry few deals mainly with vehicle detailing products.
Anyway as I said I am out, I kind of regret it it, like I always do as I make investments in the hope of success for me and what I am investing in. I feel hopeless about this outfit so have given up.
Last point, AGM have previously been fond of making a deal of their pipeline, they no longer mention it, they have realised an insignifcant amount of it, if it was still there and strong, that in itself might get them some backing?
They are , unfortunately, a severely wounded animal at the mercy of asset Hyaenas...unless they can pull some temporary financing until the Funding market improves
Perhaps ask the company, assuming you are a shareholder?
It'll be a crying shame if this company folds or is bought out for a song, because I think they were so close to wider scale adoption, with good products with the right accreditations with the Genable range.
Would they do a strategic review without accounts? You would hope not.
The accounts would normally have been published before the strategic review.
You would imagine accounts made clear the need.
If you want to keep going as a business you have to publish and submit accounts, okay you might avoid for a while to save looking absolutely useless!
So do they intend to keep going as a business or are they just hanging on for extracting a few more quid at our expense?
Would this not be postponed until the strategic review is concluded?
No sign of full year accounts normally published in mid October.
The results have always been rubbish, so no reason to be embarrassed, can they be even worse this time to not publish?
I recall Alan Bond of Reaction Engines was blocked from seeking external funding/resources beyond the UK for his original HOTOL project, as they slapped the official secrets act on the precooled engine design. Trouble was at the same time the government refused to finance him too, so he ended up in limbo, until they lifted the restrictions.
If AGM is unable to sell its IP to a foreign buyer from a security perspective- assuming that's an option being considered- it will be interesting to see what happens next.
Fortunately some of my other investments are performing somewhat better and may offset against losses here, as sadly I can't see how AGM have any real future.
yes..consolidate ..with one set of BOD to keep costs down .... and one set of accounts .....
Back in June the Govt blocked the sale of Perpetuus Group ( Wales) to the Chinese on the grounds of national security
Perpetuus Group, specialises in graphene and nanomaterials

The Chinese will look here too, I am sure .....for the IP
"I see the company are taking what's left in the bottom of the kitty by awarding themselves redundancy money.."
"awarding themselves " ....well the employees have a legal right to it....it is hardly an award ..it isnt exactly going to be good news for them
Many other graphene companies have managed to maintain a more robust pipeline of sales through the pandemic. Covid 19 is undoubtedly a factor, but I think there are broader issues, either with the product itself, or perhaps the way it has been marketed by the team.
Income has always remained miniscule in regards to running costs.
