well they might as well sell their IP to the Chinese ...seeing as British industry seems not to be interested in what they have to offer ...sell it to where it will be put to better ( and more immediate) use ...
I think most investors realise this company is going to need another round or two of cash injection before it stands a chance of supporting itself financially.
I also believe some consolidation of the the UK graphene companies will be inevitable for them to survive the long term, as the cost of executive salaries is far too great, and a burden on what are in essence little more than R&D companies.
If the likes of Haydale, VRS and AGM merged, consolidated their IP and streamlined their executives and staff, I think things would improve for all shareholders of the various companies.
God, where is this going, why don't I listen to myself?
Excellent news on the patent yesterday. The use of graphene in anti-corrosives may not sèem that interesting but it was one of the everyday uses that was touted as being central to the nascent graphene revolution. How many years before people will be buying water-based graphene paints in B&Q. It was always conceived as a superior and greener product that would rapidly overtake pre-existing coatings.
Look ... at 11:47:43 ...50-60 trades all pushed through ...all TINY volumes
All of them from abroad and pushed through the ECHO reporting system so they all land at once ...all sells I suspect
I suspect from some Swiss investment trading bank like UBS ..or such like
everything is down to the potential clients...and clearly the Tier1 customers aren't in any kind of a rush, with current industry issues to deal with...
Need some uplifting news more revenues ££££
Been in for a year to 8 months and haven't moved a bean since dropping on the equity raise at 70p
Has anyone gained access to the report on the Graphene Nanoribbon Memory Market and would care to give some insight into the key insights? I know it's a while since it was published but it would be good to see how the projections are playing out.

I would imagine they are pretty much in line with the average AIM Director fees ....you don't get any CEO with 20 years experience etc and having the responsibilities of an AIM listing on the cheap, cheap ......no one would apply
Share price gradually recovering .... going to see the 41p Placing price back by Christmas ???
The executive teams of companies like Haydale and AGM draw high salaries, which when combined are pushing on for 20% of the companies running costs. Do have to question if such salaries are justified, when they rely so highly on dilution to fund activities.
" Top Tier" Akzo Nobel
"warned this morning that “significant raw material cost inflation and supply constraints” are expected to continue until the middle of next year."
" Akzo Nobel said raw material inflation continued to intensify in the third quarter of the year. Its raw material and other variable costs increased by €278m compared with Q3 2020."
I thought the presentation was at least open and honest and gave a lot of information ..and presented the current situation...which was needed
47mins ..
" Engagement with the Top Tier customers is challenging. Innovation traction and the timeline to complete those product engagements tends to be longer than perhaps a start-up can bear...so..our focus at the stage of development we are at is to engage with the lower tier companies to enable the faster tracking of those developments through to product launch "
The issue is the timeline within the pipeline ..and I think it has to be accepted that is largely out of a small companies control...and with COVID, inflation, supply shortages etc ...I dare say the timeline isn't being helped and has plenty of headwinds from the customers side of the table ....
Haydale - HAYD is another share to follow in the graphene sector....who seem to be engaging more with partnerships and collaborations ...but... probably the same long timeline with Top Tier customers
It was a very bad presentation, unfortunately. The answer to my question was as uninspiring as I feared it might be:

Today 11 trades reported at 11:34:33 - more small volume algo bot buys..... crazy how the market can be significantly influenced by these tiny volume trades .... now ..they are buying rather than selling ....
Morning all,
Here's a CEO walk through of their results presentation:

Today 14 trades at 10:36:50 - small algo trades - International from within the EU
Daily event
AGM joins the Graphene Engineering and Innovation Centre in collaboration with The Graphene Council
"Applied Graphene Materials (LSE:AGM), the producer of specialty graphene nanoplatelet dispersions, announces that it has joined the Graphene Engineering and Innovation Centre (GEIC) at the University of Manchester as an associated Tier II Partner through the special conditions offered exclusively through The Graphene Council (TGC)."
"AGM's participation in the GEIC and ongoing engagement with TGC will further accelerate the commercialisation of such capabilities in tandem with knowledge, facilities and expertise on offer at these two respected institutions. "
" further accelerate" ?........how do you "further" accelerate,...when you haven't even accelerated in the first place ???
Same as always looking at the charts, a big dip taken down followed by a big spike. Hang in there.
14 Trades today at 13:31:29 - from within the EU - Frankfurt ? Brussels? ..again tiny algorithm trades
Deliberate manipulation

Lets hope the gas bill wasn't too much.
nezlob
an RNS Reach Announcement...so..I doubt it is worth financially much
The only thing to glee is that there is more than one customer "customers" ...but they cant even say whether it is 4 customers or 2 ....or what...
Probably helps pay the gas bill I suppose
