P.S. they again don’t even get a simple presentation uploaded on their website after a day like today, that’s how professional their IR/PR is , probably Dixon or Bond trying it since they visited the bar after everyone laughed about their presentation skills
AFC has posted a lot you two 🤡 of which 80 % did not materialize - that’s a fact - AFC the Bayern München of the AIM - won nothing this year
Needs to break 22p then it might get close to 30p quite quickly. However, if this docent break 22p then 18p looks likely.
This week and next will see how it progress on the news so far.
Afc also stated in the "Investor Meets Company" presentation that after Tax credits the cash burn is only £1.1 million per month. Which is enough cash to last 24.9 months. So thats over 2 years from now.
30silver,
No mention of selling the Nitrogen has been made. Currently it has to be seen by us as a waste byproduct. To change that, the Nitrogen would need some gas clean up to get rid of any Ammonia residue, then need a separate compressor (which consumes power) and cylinders to store it, and logistics to come and collect it and redistribute it. That is another whole new level of complexity to add to what AFC will be doing, and I don't see they are interested in going down that road whilst still rapidly growing the Fuel Cell and Ammonia Cracker sales.
30silver.
I wouldn't even be thinking about funding or who is funding, as AFC have enough cash at the current burn rate to last a long time. As per the recent results RNS:
£17.5m for 12 months is £1,458,333 per month
£27.4m closing cash position is 18 months and 3 weeks cash
From 31 October 2023 that is enough cash to last to the third week of May 2025
Even if costs increase a little this year, the cash runway will still be very long, long enough to bag a huge number of sales agreements to push the price right up, so if they do need some cash in late 2024 the price will be way higher than it is now.
The Ammonia Cracker has been set up as a separate business, which raises the question of WHY. The obvious reason for doing that would be to either float it of in it's own IPO, or sell it to a huge Ammonia Producer, Electrolyser manufacturer, energy major, etc.
AFC have stated in one of the videos I posted a link to, that the Ammonia Cracker is, according to Ammonia industry experts, worth much more than the current market cap of the company. So AFC could sell the Ammonia Cracker business later this year for a few hundred million and it won't even matter about funding, as that would provide huge capital for Global rollout of the Fuel Cells.
Yeah trust fatguy stockbscheckzero who is or was never on any event as he is to fat to get out of his chair and sits 24/7 at his computer and knows what broker or investors think - lol - look at the volumes traded and the pps level since month and from where it came , does that look for you like huge interest or trust in AB or AFC ?
@StockCheque - good to hear that there's support from the Brokers, Institutions and HNW's as they'll be the ones the company needs to go to in the future for funds, in my experience of AIM it's never the PI's who fund the big raises. It's really interesting, I was initially concerned about it being a threat to something I'm involved in, but they are clearly going after the diesel generator market, and that's go to be a good thing.
@Snork - I think that's always the way isn't it, such a shame but then I find watching complete strangers shouting B*LL*CKS at each other on the internet quite amusing, it's all water off a duck's back to me.
One thing that I'd like to know, is with the Ammonia Cracker - once the Hydrogen is cracked from the Ammonia, what happens to the Nitrogen? Presumably it's compressed (to liquid form) and then sold?
30silver,
I would ignore the BS on here about the CEO, the brokers, ii's and HNW think he's doing a great job, it's just that the bashers on here have nothing left to attack the stock with so try to use the CEO as a whipping boy to bash the stock.
The CEO has taken this company a long way, all the way from R&D to multiple system sales with ABB, Speedy Hire revenues, soon Acciona too.
As for the usual BS about how much he's paid, the remuneration committee decide that, and they know that if they wanted to replace him they would have to pay the new CEO that much or more, so there's absolutely no point moaning about it, as that is what the CEO of this listed company will always be paid.
The 30kW is finished and now in production
The 50kVa for Acciona is likely already with them or on the way, as we were not told about their trial one until months after they received it, so they want to keep it quiet until they are happy for it to be news
The 200kW for ABB was, a few weeks back, just undergoing final wiring. I suspect an update on completion of it soon, as it must be undergoing Factory Acceptance Testing now or very soon.
Thank you so much. Once I have finished my glass of Rose (in St Emilion today) I will start my education!
I'm afraid, 30Silver, the chances of a sensible debate on here are slim. Two sides which is good, but most spend their time shouting the other down, which isn't.
Tweedly,
What you claim to be 'recycled' mostly isn't UNLESS it is used as a reference for the NEW information or point I am trying to make.
And what is 'recycled' to you, is not to anyone that is new here or missed it because it was drowned out by the bashers BS posts or the troll pumping his own stock on here recently.
Hey @Gitfinger - thanks for the info, I'll defer judgement on the CEO just yet, although I'm currently watching the YouTube clip from a month ago, and f**k me if he doesn't use 200 words when 5 would do.
>"Presentation materials will be made available on the Company's website following the event."
Great. If only you wouldn't copy and past recycled material in 90% of your posts.
StockCheque - cheers for the links, I'll take a look now.
Also, after today's Capital Markets Event, it is definitely worth visiting the AFC Website to see:
"Presentation materials will be made available on the Company's website following the event."
Out4lunch,
Watch the videos, they purvey a lot of information and it's a lot easier to understand when it's explained.

How about a proper welcome for someone who actually knows something about the science and the market potential.
I don't have a STEM background to add value scientifically, however, as a long term investor I think this AFC duck is waddling and quacking in all the right places.
GLALTH's
Hey 30.....welcome
If you're interested in all tings H2, then you've come to the right place. On this board, you'll see noting but positivity and general optimism about the vast array of products that AFC have lined up, like a coiled spring, ready to leap off the shelves into the hands of the many customers on the company's whopping great list of committed orders (that's about £27M, you know, it must be right, because the CEO said so). Have a look at the posts made by Stockcheque, these are a veritable mine of useful information on what the company is up to, and his very interesting views on how the company is progressing. Apparently, the company is making a presentation to some really big hitters today, who will probably be told some secret squirrel information that ordinary punters wont get, and they'll be buying into this thing like you wouldn't believe....or alternatively, just just do a simple gap analysis comparing where the company says it will achieve, and what is actually delivered.....
I thought this was in the City? Tourin the lab facility etc. would be tricky from there
Hey all - new here, I'm looking into all of the AIM Alternative Energy Companies looking for areas where I can add value or spot an opportunity, as this has been my general sector of experience for 20yrs. Can someone point me to the best / most useful source of info, barring the website and the RNS's? Looks to me like relatively small scale hydrogen fuel cells for off-grid applications, along with some very interesting "X to Hydrogen" kit to allow users to produce their own H2, which is good because it's not widely transported at economically viable levels just yet (the UK's Hynet network might help eventually).
2pm and the Capital Markets Event just kicked off, GOOD LUCK AFC ENERGY!!
I suspect the event will run for a few hours with all the presentations and speakers that are lined up, plus lab tour, manufacturing tour, and Ammonia Cracker tour.
When they go with their ramp bs on the investor presentation without figures , data , break even snd turnover suggestions and Peter Dixon again does not know what he speaks about other then hockey sticks they are going to be ripped apart snd nothing will happen
Trolls are back talking trollocks I see, or rather I see a green message as I have filtered the trolls, as should everyone else.
