The only idiots on here Escala are the ones who believe a single word Bond says. Just think about what this company was once offering. Cutting edge, high power density, alkaline fuel cells but unfortunately it was all BS. Instead we've got a low power density, low power output offering after almost 2 decades of "research and development"! It's certainly not what I was hoping for. The whole thing has been akin to a scam.
Garonne. As ever you are a dishonest malevolent idiot. The AFC share price is UP 42% in the last 6 months. During which time you have tried to knock it in every way possible.
You really are not very good at this, are you.......
20% not 10%, but just as attractive to electolyser manufacturers, as it's still way less power per kg.
"The European Parliament asserts[2] today's electrolysers require between 50-55kWh/kg of hydrogen produced - suggesting AFC Energy's ammonia cracker will deliver distributed modular hydrogen at < 1/5th of the power demand of an equivalent sized electrolyser"
The AFC ENERGY Ammonia Cracker uses 10% of the power of an electrolser and outputs Hydrogen with 3.5x the energy content that's input.
/AFC ENERGY say they are working with several companies that want to use the Hydrogen in industrial processes.
AFC ENERGY are working with Ammonia producers than see the Ammonia Cracker as a way to quickly get clients using their Ammonia as a Hydrogen supply.
So I do wonder how much a big electolyser company would offer AFC ENERGY for the Ammonia Cracker, as it compliments their business of Hydrogen supply. I believe it would be way more than the current market cap of AFC ENERGY, as it's clear the Ammonia Industry have already valued it at 'much more', and the big electolyser companies could easily afford hundreds of millions to buy it and grab the advantage ahead of their competitors.
Some on here say AFC ENERGY shouldn't sell it. I disagree. If the price is right, and AFC end up with a huge cash pile and possibly I going royalties forever, then I'd grab it with both hands and then quickly ramp up global Fuel Cell manufacturing.
As the SP sinks maybe it's becoming clearer just how dishonest and dangerous haggis' posts are as he claims that the ammonia cracker is all that Adam Bond says it is! I mean Bond's such a reliable guy that it must be true. Right?

Ignore the bashers lies, watch the videos and it's all very clear that the Ammonia Cracker is a game changer and will be highly sought after. It still needs to be packaged into a container, and then the brakes will come off. I'm sure that is what AFC Energy will be purveying to the ii's and Sell Side Analysts at the upcoming Capital Markets Day in just 15 trading days (hence why basher desperation has gone through the roof).
From 16m 50s on the video Adam Bond explains the Ammonia Cracker, the market for it, and the where and how it is expected to be used.

If people can understand what is said, they will have an idea of just how big the Ammonia Cracker should be if all goes to plan, and why the Ammonia Producers are visiting AFC HQ, and why the Ammonia industry is telling AFC Energy that the Ammonia Cracker is worth much more than the market cap of the company.
Listen to it 2 or 3 times, as things said further along then make a lot more sense when you hear again what was said before.

AFC ENERGY LinkedIn post.
"Ammonia cracking is quickly emerging as a key technology in unlocking the adoption of sustainable #hydrogen fuel across maritime and stationary industries."
"We’re delighted Mike Rendall, CTO of our hydrogen and fuel processing division, has been invited to present the keynote speach at this year’s MariNH3 conference on 26 June."

I'll give you a clue.......power out of an amazing fuel cell thing using ammonia is about twice as expensive as using reformed H2 direct, and marginally more expensive than using H2 created by electrolysis. when comparing the ratio of power in to power out from start to finish, using H2 created by electrolysis is approximately more efficient....anyone care to disprove?
Come on Haggis, you're good at cut and paste, let's see your numbers......
As a start point, anyone prepared to comment on the accuracy of the above numbers?
Energy density of H2 - 36KW / KG
Efficiency of reformer - 60%
Efficiency of fuel cell - 75%
Cost of reformed H2 - 2.00 euro
Cost of H2 from electrolysis 5.5 euro
From the above, it should be possible to calculate the relative costs of electricity generated from green H2, H2 via a reformed and H2 extracted from ammonia.
Put forward the numbers and lets see the comparatives using the above and uber proposed numbers, assuming they can be validated....the above H2 costs per KG are from the link in the RNS about the last so called milestone, which is basically quite irrelevant within the context of ACF and fuel cells.
Is anyone prepared to set out the economics of power generation using H2 extracted from cracked ammonia?
Ubers, you go first, lets see how you get it to stack up....
All markets will be jittery due to the Israel Iran problems.
This share see saws more times than the hunt for the lock ness monster,so down to 18.25,up to 21,down to 18.75 up to 22,@ this rate it REALLY is 1 step forward half a step back wards,so I calculated by x mas we are at£1 lol
Another buy of 111,884 just gone through
Correct only a few tiny sells, the rest are all buys!
I've taken advantage of the drop lol
Can see it recovering back above 19p later
All imho, dyor
300,000 buys & one fifth the amount in sales, yet the share price drops. Weird !
Jülich like so many other contracts dissapeared in AB‘ Story Tale Bernuda Triangle
I imagine we've all seen the video Haggis, but I'm afraid there's a shovelful of salt to be applied before assuming that just because someone said something it will materialise in reality. Been down this path too many times. Naturally I hope that this is indeed a gamechanger but until it is commercialised profitably and in volume I'll suspend belief.
Yes what happened to Julich?

The AFC Energy Fuel Cell is big part of that, big enough to have it's own JV between the companies.
2024 is meant to be the year that AFC deliver, deliver the £2m order to Speedy before the end of October, the current financial year and deliver some of the remaining £27m order book yet every photo on LinkedIn shows the factory completely empty !
But ABB was meant to have received their units last year along with Acciona who were also meant to have received their S series 50kVA H- Power generator in 2023! I wonder what could possibly have gone wrong?! Are Julich still expecting their unit? No more talk of Mace or Keltbray! And yet some folks have great confidence in AFC to deliver on their promises. Based on what? Past history?
