some ones buying 3 x 1 mill buys yesterday and another today... maybe as doch suggested in yesterdays podcast , one of the ii,s who sold buying back in at give away prices.
thanks for posting that i had missed it. long chat on adss as you say 38.40 in. good stuff.
ADSS --> 38:40
Big buys after hours!!! Was wondering why they kept the spread so large with PI buys being so low within the spread. And they're putting them through as sells. Well I never. Feed bottoms feeeed
All 3 trades today at 0.54 have been buys - I am only offered 0.5 to sell.
acquisition completed
The Nairobi is based in Kenya so with Atlas dropping it's local activities there the stock is bound to be adversely affected. With that said if you convert the currency of the KES being traded into £ note value you'll see the cash amounts are negligible. Interesting lack of price action today. Can never work that one out. But here's how I'm seeing it at the moment: Clean slate. Bottle contract to look forward to. JV with Orchid to bring in contracts with local companies. Potash deal/s in Ethiopia. Cash in the bank. Running at break even after successfully diversifying- not making profit but not leaking cash either $15million pa in revenues Atlas are in position and ready to proposition profitable contracts. They got Tullow Oil before when the MC was c£20million. If they can secure something similar in size then we are looking at multiples of the current SP. If they get some small fish then we are still looking at a healthy improvement. Can't see why contracts won't land given the experience and what the board have achieved in the past.
I've never worked out the relationship between the Nairobi price and the London price but the SP in Kenya is taking a massive hammering. Down 18% today to 1.75 and approx 75% in the last few weeks? It's very volatile though so god only knows where it will be next week.
i agree, very good management. clear realisation oil s a dead duck for the immediate future. Potash is about to boom big style in Ethiopia, clear the decks form the oil burden and move to a growth area.
No action at all today. Might well be quiet until the next update, potentially a gradual increase as people take positions.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
Level for the day! VERY happy with my 0.5 buy earlier today. Onwards and upwards
Ticking up like a beast!! someone said this could finish blue. Offered 0.57!?!?! Something happening
Couple of big buys?! Liking it
all resolutions passed - company can now issue more shares when they want
RNS expected later today with GM results
The real and genuine fear in the oil sector is that the price of oil could drop to 30$ a barrel 2016 this sector is finished and well done to adss for the quick and accurate diversity decision this is why I invested here the board are magic ... I believe 2016 will see a 100% return at least on this current share price...
And will they still be working on potash?
well i certainly didn't buy in here recently for oil and gas, got some info they were moving into Ethiopia for potash checked a few things and bought a couple a couple of grand. my best win this year was afpo, (mac was a close second but a fluke) im hoping this will be my best win of 2016. time will tell. gl guys
Ditto, Parkdog. I actually like what adss is doing, to restructure its business away from oil and gas in Kenya, towards a company-building glass business in Ethiopia.
Just bought some at 0.5. Average sitting at 0.66. Happy with that might take longer than expected but I'll see profit from that no problem.
everyone knows why its come down from 4p the backside has fallen out of oil and gas globally. end off. hense the move into potash mining in Ethiopia and the new bottling plant development. so the bod had a choice, eiether fold adss or move into an area to make money where there is an oppurtunity to dod so. it is jam tomorrow but so is 95% of aim.
and sells are ticking up in the background. Someone likes these. Will be interesting to see movement after general meeting today, obviously resolutions will be passed imo.... think today will clear the slate for some moves forward.
not sure that link works (google it`) but the message is that china will be investing £1 trillion in african infrastructure over the next decade.
