Genuinely shocked that you can be the stupid and to post it on a forum where other frail minds might actually believe that warped logic. Think of it a simpler way - why would anyone take part in a placing at 0.325 if to get b/e they need 220%? They don't just add shares at no value. They are being purchased, therefore filling the companies coffers, not being given away for free... Have you honestly never been involved or seen a placing before, 11k posts? If you buy today actually you are getting good value in relation to the placing, you are getting in at their price. I would suggest that this is good as normally people taking part in placings are pretty clued up to potential and don't do it out of the kindness of their hearts. They want to make money so clearly see some blue sky above 0.325p. Your call but I would be a buyer at this price. Cash was the major problem here and they have just solved this. Any news now leaves freedom to move up. If you weren't invsted I would suggest that you were a troll =)
220% dilution, maybe, in terms of the number of shares o/s post-deal. But if the sp stays close to the 0.325p placing price, I simply don't follow your logic about needing to make 220% upside in order to break even. Yes, to maintain your % stake in adss but no, to making money.
I dont think it i know it. 220% dilution to your holding. Can you dress it up better? I wait to be corrected.
Ian if you think that you shouldn't be investing. Idiotic.
:-(
thought I'd hang on a bit 10 mins later the RNS landed would of been gutted
Cheers Ian, rubbish at numbers that big ! Just listening to podcast No 346 (14.50mins-->)
currently only 430 million shares in issue some dilution that suprised they haven't released any decent news prior to this to move SP up a bit
That has to be a typo 10.6m shares at 0.00325 only raises £34k. Its 10.6 billion new shares
"The company said it plans to issue the shares at a price of 0.325 pence per share, and based on current exchange rates Atlas will be aiming to raise around GBP3.45 million, suggesting it would need to issue around 10.6 million shares to achieve its target."
$5m = £3,455,795.20p Divide £3,455,795.20 by .00325 = 1.0633216 billion new shares ! Frightening.
So if your shares are worth £1000 now post dilution they are worth about £230... Happy to be corrected on maths.
I make it 1076 million new shares (£3.5m gbp % 0.00325). - about 220% dilution. Had hoped they would have got good news out first to get sp above 1p. Gamble failed. Not good.
The number of new Ordinary Shares that will be issued as part of the Placing will be agreed by the Company and Stifel at the close of the bookbuilding period. The final allocations under the Placing are at the absolute discretion of the Company and Stifel. The results of the Placing will be announced as soon as practicable after the close of the bookbuilding process.
if some one want to buy this share .this going to lot cheaper then this ,coming days
as you can now buy at about 10% less on open market - deadline 1pm
How much of that 5 million is going to the CEo's Champagne Lifestyle?
How many shares do they need to place in order to raise $5m? A lot!
The Board today announces its intention to raise approximately $5 million through an issue of new Ordinary Shares by way of a Placing at a Placing Price of 0.325 pence per Ordinary Share.
It needs something to stop the decline here. The drip drip drip away is killing it
Not long to wait. Strong oil price will support us today and buys should start this pm in anticipation for RNS.
punters missing a trick at this price --
I'm not selling this yet, when its at its' all time low.. Just look at the Mcap! News will propel this..
shame you missed the bottom
Twitter is the perfect tool for finding the next big riser. Pay attention to the 'pumpers' on twitter. They usually spot shares at the bottom that are ready for a BIG bounce. Sentiment is everything on AIM. Lots of shares massively undervalued and lots thats are over-valued. Sentiment is the key driver. If hype is emerging on Twitter and you've spotted it whilst the SP is still on the floor then your in a much better position then the hundreds yet to have ADSS on the radar who will likely be buying after a 1-200% rise. All in my opinion.
