But what did Esprey say about where ADSS's cash injection will come from? This is not a 100% loan-backed acquisition!
not bottle deals Is this is it for the month or is there another deal coming?
Very interesting interview. The glass bottle project is huge for a company with a market cap of £2.5 million and will be mainly financed by a $35 million loan from the Ethiopian Development Bank. One of the exciting things about the project is that Atlas will be recycling funds from this loan through the company as they will be constructing and providing the services through the recently announced JV. This new project alone could create significant value for shareholders but there is also potential upside from winning new projects in Ethiopia whose economy is rapidly expanding. It is also important to note that the Kenyan operations are now breaking even so they are not consuming cash and the CEO stated there is no rush to raise fresh funds from equity.

just been looking at Justins tweets and reply to a question. Am i reading it right adss carl on sharepickers podcast at 3pm today?
SharePickers ‏@SharePickers · 27 secs28 seconds ago Just spoke to Carl of #ADSS and they seem to be getting it together, at last and an exciting future could be ahead.
look the spread and shot myself in the head.
Did you listen to the conference call panda? I couldn't get away from my desk unfortunately. Did they mention anything more about the deal with Orchid, would have been nice to see some more numbers regarding that in the RNS today... Any ideas as to when we might hear more details?
JV news to come.
Basically covered everything in the RNS. Can't see any value in this until 2018 - 2019. This was only ever going to be a punt on some great news before December for me. I feel there's not another in this to cause excitement with investors. It sounds like there will be many pits falls along the way. Good luck all
Great RNS! Loads of information, the company is moving and: o Atlas is now cashflow break even at an operational level and the Company is expected to end the year with a cash balance of approximately US$3 million, ahead of expectations. Nearly more than the market cap!
Very good Hugh :)
i suspect more meat will be put on the phones following the conference call at 11am today? The market will want to know how cash generative this new venture is. I do note the comments about the JV with orchid that more news in "near future" on that front.
that's why they've several times 'bottled' out of doing the interview on sharepickers.
Judging by volume it doesn't look like the news that people were hoping for. A bottle manufacture in 2019. Is a bit lame I guess to some people.
One of the key points of the acquisition, and any further acquisitions, is that ADSS will use its services division to construct the facility so there is a big synergy for the group.
I'll wind my neck in. Good news and looks like the last few weeks have been part of a larger strategy where communications are a key part. Very happy tbh.
The RNS is very positive in my opinion, cashflow at breakeven will retain the cash or allow the cash to be invested. The proposed project I think is excellent and I am sure the funding will come thru from the banking sector, especially development banks. What would be good to see and I guess it will appear on their website later is a full project plan so that we can get a feel for what the value will be for shareholders. But entering the consumer market in Ethopia is a very good play imho. Well done to the management of ADSS.
Getting interesting here.. flying soon
Excellent update. Company cash flow break even already with year end cash above expectations. New acquisition in Ethiopia which should boost profits and more announcements to be made shortly. This news alone should give the SP a huge boost with more news to come. Could be quite a scramble on the open to pick up cheap stock. Anything under 1.3p is a steal IMO.
Sounds very positive
But thought I'd say boom time ladies and gents
There must be news by the 1st Dec - otherwise the resolution will destroy any support this SP might have.
