He's not saying out because he's frigging loading up big style π
I'm sure he's watching - still pops in now and again!
Agree Muck - today represents a modest, incremental improvement in income - but perhaps more important, in prestige - servicing major UK players like Boots. As I said earlier - this is a slow burn steady rise share and all the indicators (after a fairly horrendous time subsequent to the HMG Covid debacle) are now highly positive. We sure don't need the trading dross and escapees from the local asylum here!!
P.S. Where is Happy days 2U?
Lets not turn this into a negative board on what was great news today.
True, the contracts in and of themselves will not be game changing, although they may very well expand over time both in terms of sales volumes , new product additions, or both.
The real benefit here, from a retail home testing perspective, is that we can now advertise our CDMO/CRO offering as including relationships with more major retail players in the UK. That cannot hurt when trying to attract new business.
And of course retail consumer home testing is only one of many strings to ABDX bow. Perhaps bigger opportunities lie in supplying national health services with transformative tests to meet unmet need, like 52 North and Upfront, both of which we know have been fast-tracked on election by a panel of regulators and NHS leaders.
And that all ignores the massive plant pathogen, animal health, and environmental sectors we're working on.
It would just be nice if the herd could see through todays RNS and diver deeper into our potential a deeper dive. Then they might understand what most of us on here do.
Pumpers really trying harder now. lol bless them
Re my last comment notrex.
Just to add to your comment alamo - I lived in Australia for a while where you had to pay $25 AUD (not sure what it is now) to see a GP. However, all tests, specialist appointments and hospital treatment was free for all thereafter. I always got an appointment same day or day after - and tests (CT scan etc) even same day or a day or so later - it was a seriously impressive system. My point - levying a nominal fee to get a GP appointment had a dramatic effect of the number of hypochondriacs and general skivers who used to block up the waiting rooms - just saying!
It's not just menopausal women who lack vitamins, I regularly take it in the autumn/winter months as sunlight is lacking. I love chocolate but I eat the right chocolate, at least 50% cocoa solids, preferably 70%. Any of this Cadbury/Thornton rubbish is awful! favourite atm is Sainsbury's 55% Peruvian dark.
Getting back to these self tests, I would never buy one myself and I am in my 60's. I have a good rapport where I live in Hampshire with the doctors and hospital at Guildford so any problems with health and it gets sorted quickly. I appreciate many others are not so lucky. Perhaps if National Insurance was stopped and we all had to put money aside to pay for a doctor then things would improve with waiting lists etc.
I know the situation in France is so much better, no NI contributions, you just pay into a plan every month and when you need a doctor you get an appointment the same day, much better system.ππ€
People have been suspressed in low prices for too long and are probaly too impatient to see out any big rise now . Buying is capped on 212 for 10k shares but other brokers may differ for buys to pick up
The last 2 RNSβs have been very welcome and ABDX are moving forward positively. The introduction of Boots was a nice surprise! Obviously with news follows the unwashed, bipolar and riff raff. We even see posters arguing then wishing everyone the bestβ¦ π
? So I looked GDR and first thing I saw was their 15/3/24 announcement telling the market they were planning to raise in the next few weeks.
Honest money, your only lying to yourself haha :D but ATB to you mate...
Abingon still going down as we speak- sorry, again ;) 12% now only after its best ever news :P
All the best PrettyW with Abingdon, but fun times back then with Genedrive :)
I dont see Abingdon giving you much more though Pretty, and dont get too emotionally attached. But ATB
Get into Genedrive soon though, we are looking at no more than a month or so for news which would take that share back to 10-12p minimum. Thats 3-4x its current SP ;) thank me later
Nope, im up ~30% and wont buy more. I invest in other things :)
You are stating the obvious but you are still down 60% on that stock that could of been used elsewhere.
Its called bad decisions, even if its "free money". Im also using "free money" atm but not making dumb decisions π π
Honest are those your buys? xD 1.90, 0.99 etc haha
No one else is dare buying this but you, so must be you!
Hahha im happily 60% down with part of my free money that i previously made on Genedrive :P its how you trade honest ;) i never need to invest my own hard earned money- its all money made on shares that get re-invested...
Hence why in always smiling :)
You should try it, you seem so angry all the time haha
(-66.67%)past 6 months
(-91.78%)past year
really good trader, keep giving us your advice ππ
Yes that's true ExpertTrader, I actually still like it, not invested yet. I do prefer ABDX, the public can buy these vitamin tests, not just once either, I think I'm lacking in a few vitamins, and would like to know which ones, I do eat healthy- ISH. I'm a chocoholic but if I need more victim C then I will eat more Kiwi π the test will tell me. Vitim D is essential for menopause woman π. Just saying.
You are -60% on genedrive and you are saying Abingdon is a dead stockπ
So what if it goes down? thats what stocks do, they go up and down over time, atleast its not dead weight like genedrive and will grow long term ππππ
.....and there's me thinking Pretty that you were only mid 30's...or have you airbrushed your X photo?π§ββοΈπ
Hahha the only one thats dead is Abingdon.
Are you looking at the SP? Or busy arguing with me? Lol
Back to the low 9s it goes- sorry mate ;)
its embarrassing that you are promoting these dead ass stocks,
everyone made money during covid , especially if you bought in the lows.
your making me laugh with your ****ty advice
Again i made money off Cineworld- so many people did :D just because its gone now doesnt mean previously it gave some good return lol.
Your actually making me laugh and embarrassing yourself.
Hahahha, so much anger honest xD
I have made pleeeeeenty of money on Genedrive over the last 3-4years. PrettyW will tell you that too because she was there with me at some points :)
On my current holdings with genedrive im down though by 60% or so. But its all free money that im playing with down there so all is good :P
You had also previously invested in Cineworld, we should all follow your advice ExpertTrader!
The only thing to note is the test wonβt bring in significant revenue for now as MHC been selling tests at Boots and really I would say itβs a limited revenue stream but as wellness tests become more popular maybe better.
I do believe government will offer these tests soon on prescription with Boots Chemists to help cut GP appointments.
