If the sp drops another 50- 60 p I will buy. Just dreaming .
I don't think that Germany can make up its mind about that and as far as we are concerned we can go ?:-)
Blinking unbelievable trying to find out about covid entry requirements into Germany.
14 + to day
Have a good time bring me back a bottle :-)
Good, I’m going to chance it and hope it drops a bit more tomorrow then either way buy a few.
Going to buy volex as well. Have a good week end. Booked flight to Germany to see my son, last time 18 months ago. Munich beer gardens here I come! bet it all gets stuffed up. :-).
just added No 1 :-)
Hope it drops a lot more with the market. Then I will buy back in. Brilliant company.
Initially yes. Shame it's lost over half its gains so far today though. But it's a volatile share ATM, so no big deal I guess.
The update was well received.
Wanted it to go south not north, ah well just have to wait. :-(.
Share price below £14!! Buy buy buy. Great company/prospects.
Back to the price around the US launch.
About right....will look to buy in before the next results, but there will be a few months with low expectations of news before then.
I thought the results were pretty good - slightly higher revenue, excellent cash conversion, gross margin improved but higher costs to achieve that margin, so I guess that is why the SP has been marked down - EPS reflected in the increased number of shares rather than anything more serious, so, unless I am missing something obvious see no reason not to continue holding.
What's the justification? The RNS at mid Jan is positive....but is it enough...?. Can anyone enlighten me a bit?
...this has just gone a bit bonkers - looks like ~£15m of buying at ~£17 per share today - I didn't think the trading update was that good! If you bought at <£12 4 months or so ago, that's a pretty impressive turn.
What happen when the LSE stock market closed and the US rocketed to over a 10% rise? I see no RNS or news article to prompt the step change.
Need this to drop to About 1250 for my entry point. Although I believe it’s an excellent company and I may miss out on the takeover I can see coming in the future .
Keep dropping please. Then I can buy a bit. Takeover I think within the next 6 months or Abcam will raid someone to make them stronger.
The SP seems to be defying the common wisdom that the ADSs would average it down. Annoying that I refrained from buying around their issuance.
Berenberg target 1180.
Seems the Americans have been persuaded to pay handsomely.
(Happy to have been proven wrong)
ADSs offered at $17.50 which converts to approximately£13.36. So basically in line with current SP. Dilution due to increase in share base but not because averaging down the price.
So the ADS listing will raise about £100m a dilution of slightly above 3%.
Underwriters have a 15% over allotment allocation
Expect it to be priced this week.
Sorry about the Kate, Jatw, predictive text.
Def not a Kate. But I assume that is some autocorrect spelling error.
I am being proven wrong at the moment....and happy for LTH to be wrong.
Could be the other side f the coin....walk the SP up so that the discount looks like a bargain when sold in The US. Still think there will be a discount when the price is announced and better to buy afterwards.
