Does not seem right .. oh and then the dilution!!!
Lots of positives surrounding this share though the share it’s self has become a little “off” of late.
Nothing happens on a straight line but surprised to see the price dipping like this over the last few days.
It will come good in the end-

US Piedmont Lithium right place right time in history.
"Battery-manufacturing giants such as South Korea’s LG Chem Ltd. and SK Innovation Co. are building big factories in the U.S. to expand American production of electric-car batteries. LG Chem is building its factory in Ohio as part of a joint venture with General Motors Co.
Tesla Inc. is also expanding its battery-making capabilities, seeking to cut costs and shorten its supply chain by making some materials in-house.
And yet, there is currently little production in the U.S. for critical battery materials such as lithium and graphite. Those materials are needed for the anodes and cathodes that circulate ions to generate the battery’s current.
“You have a lot of stuff lining up that’s a real demand signal into the supply chains of ‘we need more, we need it local, and we need it cheaper,’ ” said John McClure, a managing director at investment bank Nomura Greentech Capital Advisors LLC.
Right now, much of the supply chain is concentrated in China, which makes more than 70% of the world’s lithium-ion batteries, according to Benchmark. The country also refines and manufactures the majority of minerals and materials needed for those batteries.
Analysts are bullish that electric-vehicle sales will take off in the coming years. While today they account for about 2% of the U.S. auto market, that share is expected to grow to 10% by 2025, according to investment bank Morgan Stanley. "
US Piedmont Lithium new partner deal with Sayona Mining in Canada :-. Note Ford Motors name pops up again ... Note!
"Meanwhile, the Canadian government together with the Ontario government have partnered with Ford Motor Co. to invest C$1.95 billion in Ford’s Ontario plants, with the deal including funding towards the production of five EVs as well as battery assembly. Canada was ranked the world’s 10th largest automaker in 2016 with production of more than 1.3 million vehicles, according to the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association.
In the United States, leading EV maker Tesla has flagged plans to secure its lithium supply from North America. Benchmark Mineral Intelligence estimates Tesla’s battery capacity target alone would require an additional 2 million tonnes of lithium by 2030.
Studies undertaken by EY-Parthenon have reaffirmed Québec’s position as the leading supplier of spodumene to North America based on cost, quality, reliability and carbon footprint. An Abitibi hub, as proposed by Sayona, could deliver spodumene ore to the North American market at the lowest cost and with the smallest environmental footprint compared to competitors in Australia and South America."

US LITHIUM LG Chem's cross-town rival SK Innovation (096770.KS), which counts Volkswagen (VOWG_p.DE) and Daimler (DAIGn.DE) among its customers, broke ground in March on a $1.7 billion EV battery factory in Commerce, Georgia, about 200 km from Volkswagen's Chattanooga plant, which will be the automaker's EV hub in the United States.
SK Innovation's U.S. factory is scheduled to begin mass production in 2022.
"We’ve been trying to make it clear to everyone that the U.S. electric vehicle supply chain will grow when more (automakers) make more EV trucks here in the country," said Keith Phillips, CEO of Piedmont Lithium Ltd (PLL.AX), which is developing a lithium mine near Charlotte, North Carolina. Lithium is a key material in EV batteries.
