AGM yesterday, no announcement forthcoming, 91 shares traded, below the 100 threshold so no price movement. More of the same, in fact. I'd be inclined to write this one off if it weren't for the fact that they seem able to attract successive big hitters; this latest one - Callaway - looks like a specialist in getting product to market. Oh well, back to bed....
Yeah still there, Dmitry hopefully will whip him back into shape. Guessing announcements of completion of recruitment for 101trials and hoping shire still in the pic for further collaboration using polyxen
is still CEO and heah of the Management Team
Thanks Stockace. Any guesses as to what happens next?
Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing. (b) On August 9, 2017, each of Edward Benz MD, Darlene Deptula-Hicks and Michael Scott Maguire resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Xenetic Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of all committees of the Board on which they serve
http://www.xeneticbio.com/news-media/press-releases/detail/64/xenetic-biosciences-announces-appointment-of-three But who is out? I don't see Maguire's name appended to the announcement.
It's certainly a leaky old tub, Tucks.
Your hat is waiting near the exit, Leeson.
There was an explosion at a cheese factory in France. De-Brie everywhere...
They have a board of a FTSE conpany with wages to match. So surely they are doing something. Polyxen is far from dead - we hope.
I'm still in, since the LPX days, but haven't been following the price since we left AIM. I assume the supertanker sank?
Because back then they thought they had some rockets but they turned out to be squibs, and damp ones at that?
Doesn't make sense, Russians had control anyway so why waste all that time and money getting onto Nasdaq to take it over when they had a controlling stake. All smoke and mirrors
Who knows, but it appears something's going on in the background. Up 10% on very light volume today. As ever, hardly any shares about. Maybe the lack of a quorum just "happened" because they weren't ready with some news - like a buyout by one of our big shareholders? Although the milestone agreement with Shire appears to be still in place, there's no money coming from there after the failure to meet its major criterion of SHP656, so they'll need to be thinking soon about how to keep the heating on and the salaries paid this coming Boston winter.
I wonder whether quorum was not reached for any particular reason....?
Hello... things looking up, quite a few trades going through in the last 20mins..
****ups and Breweries.
good to hear some are still here. I haven't added any more - maybe I should to average down but nothing is compelling me to do so right now!
Lord- Not brave, stupid maybe...fingers very much crossed, after 8 years in here hoping for some great news / uplift, we deserve something, C'mon Scott! Btw, head up, I miss the humour & tales of her lady ship and your daughters hunt for a husband (pre Leeson).
You're a brave man, HD. I'm about done adding, I'm sick of losing money while the directors are on nice fat salaries and options. I'll hold now because it's too far gone to cut, and if it goes belly up, so be it. I think there's still a good chance we'll pull something back, but it's anybody's guess how much.
Yep, I'm still in, also added some to ISA recently at $3.
With the sad loss of some long term holders, I wonder how many of us UK LTHs remain in this share?
Sorry to hear that, R2R. I don't know why but everything about being invested in this company these last five years has been problematic; no sooner did we finally get to NASDAQ than the SP halved yet again from an already heavily discounted level. On a lighter note, there were signs of life late Friday, so maybe a better week next week.
The latest update from the FOS isn't the greatest and I don't know why I'm suprised! Essentially II sent the Stock Powers and account statements to the US transfer agent however USPS have lost the package. They (USPS) have launched an internal investigation into this however it means that II now can't do anything until that investigation is complete. If the documents are not found then they have to be reissued which will take both time and money..... See you in 2019......
At least there's a little money left over for some drug trials.
