@1509: Regarding MLVN, I opened a reasonably small position during Q4 2020 seeing this as a recovery play with the possibility of a few bags. A bit of a slow burn but I see a number of bags on the horizon. Once lockdown if finally a thing of the past, I imagine that achieving 2018 revenue levels is possible. If so, current SP would be extremely cheap.

for the watchlist.....iron ore/copper/tungsten
Comp for March... my reasonings Eva
HZM....Due to complete finance on one of its nickel projects Araguia. Possible news units other main project Vermelho. This share can be traded short/med/long imo.
SNG.....Many people are aware of this stock and the years of work by RM and his team. Awaiting results on trials in US and also in a home setting.
ARCM Anglo American are in negotiation after doing DD on the company's copper resources in Zambia. Whether it will be a purchase/JV/takeover we are waiting on. Other interested parties waiting in the background should a deal fall to materialise with AA.
Cheers.
Morning Bojo
Thanks for your post.
More than happy to evolve the comp.
There is mileage in longer term picks, just need to present a format that members are ok with.
Personally I like the 3 short term per month.
The longer term picks I would like a firm end date having said this I am happy for suggestions.
The other thing, as the information is now on excel, within my excel expertise, if there is any data which can be easily taken from it which I happy to provide it
Hi Mark
Thanks very much for giving some background, nice pf.
when a member mentions a share which is new to me I usually have a quick look.
MLVN looks interesting. Have been watching this one for a while?
1509,
Just and idea.
Why not pick two stocks for quick comp and the joker/wild card could be the long term play.
@1509: Many thanks for the welcome and apologies for the delay. You asked what shares I am currently into. To be honest It's quite a diversified selection (a bit too much right now for my liking!). I have a fair chunk in travel & tourism recovery (bought TUI and SAGA on their dips), varied mining including lithium (AST, EMH, ARCM and other ETFs), Covid plays (TILS, AVCT, SNG, ODX, BRH, RMS), Retail and other recovery (HMSO, MLVN, ESC), Crypto plays (ARB, DGHI, KR1, RIOT), EV plays ( TSLA, NIO, Fisker, GIK). Also a couple of percent in US penny stocks, and PLTR..
Hoping for a better month in March!
Hi John
Thanks for adding the notes
Hi Fek
thanks
1509 ,
I will stick to what I know best and leave the crypto to others :-)
Sorry, meant to add a miner to my list remove stx and add SOS.
Eva
I agree. the reason for my picks
rms - possible announcement with Volz before the end of March and the plug for the machine may be delivered
copl - purchase of oil company called Atomic we hope will take place within 2 weeks - at least one bag
sos - beaten up by shorters plus low btc price great recovery
1509, my picks:
1. Stx
2. Eve
3. Gst
Hi Ballance
thanks for you picks, I understand what you mean.
I thought about the short term nature of the comp and that a longer term comp may have mileage as this will be in the mind of members.
There is a bit of a thread on this so basically 3 picks to be in by the end of next week and it will run until the end of December
all the best. You can pick your shares any day and the price will be the closing price on the day of your pick. Only one crypto.
The monthly comp will still carry on but we will have the longer one running in the background
all the best
Hi Sunshin
thanks for your picks
all the best

Try and enjoy the ride, welcome to the world of crypto.
A few of us on here have been on the rms rollercoaster. It makes crypto look like a walk in the park.
Nolupus
will you be joining the sos crew?
So I’m rolling
ARB - brilliant RNS history. Needs a Nasdaq RNS and BTC to stay strong, but will do well if get both of these.
RMS - surely has to sell some sometime? No more than 30% chance IMO that they will in March, but if they do will do well. Could be a total scam however.
Wild card SOS - as above could be a total scam, but if not and BTC stays strong will return well in March
thanks all for many kind words.
good luck to all those deep in SOS.
Hi Eva
If things stay as they are arb may open say in the low 2's. Really the picks should be made this weekend and as crypto can move so quickly I just want a level playing field for members who picked this weekend.
If any late entries come in after the weekend, at current bitcoin levels we know whats coming.
I think its only fair to take the pick price of late entries as at those which closed on Friday.
so
arb 2.45
sos 4.77
mara 30.15
riot 43.74
Hi Eva
Thanks for your write up and thoughts on bitcoin.
The one think that is great about bit coin is its movement, love it or hate it tomorrow who knows where it will be.
I assume if its low, for people into crypto its a buying opportunity.
I will post the full list of picks, I will probably rearrange the entries on the list so they are in alphabetical order according to user name
with regard to sos I am leaning towards sos being played by Hindenburg. see what happens on Monday.
good luck
