Why bother with a podcast before the license is in hand
Well I assume intent by looking at the bonds....... they did mention an identified rig being nearby so who knows, could be sooner than everyone thinks!! :-) Dyor
I am still surprised no interview or podcast following the Congo acquisition....... we’ll hopefully hear something soon.
Once a nearby rig sourced and on site I read(AAOG board) that a 200 metre side track that would only take a few weeks to accomplish is all that's needed initially to get oil flowing. dyor
Morning all. Anyone have any thoughts on how long it is likely to take before the drill bit is turning at Tilapia? .
RH . LOL . Your post re Z - 21 . It certainly was . "Here I am , come and get me"
. up to 8 to 10 Djeno wells, would be good.

Zenith is being talked down on a daily basis and large numbers of posts are being removed.
AAOG up 6% today and Zenith down who most likely will have a large chunk of the African asset which Sefton in his video said could of been worth £1 a share for AAOG if they had been successful in finishing the well.
I have invested in ZEN, for Congo,kelsbells,.....one off frack, should see Mengo producing up to 1,400 bopd, dropping to around 400 bopd after 12 to 18 months,...then go for Djeno (104 well), which should produce from 1,000 to 5,000 bopd, without the drop off that is seen with Mengo wells,....the two major assets, should put credit rating to double B or better (imo), the yield (10%) looks good,...that's how I read ZEN & Congo acquisition.

JD01 . Here , here . Well said
Kelsbells . Actually the biggest problem is comms . No company is going to come clean on how they do things otherwise they cant exist in some of these countries . Problem is with lack of news shareholders get impatient and get nervous and sell . Then people come on posting misinformation to make it worse . Contrary to what non qualified people are saying , there still is plenty of oil down there waiting to come out and technology is there to do it . There plenty of reasons for projects coming to and end but fo the most pat is directly elated to the oil price . We all bought in for low risk Azebaijan which still is if done properly . New low risk assets were always on the cards but surely only when we started making a success in AZ . So how high risk Africa came into play , *uck knows , but that 5.3 million would bring the risk down . I don't now AC thought processes and I do believe that there has been some issue at C37 / C30 , which I am told we will find out soon enough , but in the mean time I will take everything I read here with a pinch of salt , rather than believe it , *hit my pants , and sell at a massive loss . Like some have done
I doubt he has given up on Azar - likelihood is there is some truth to what Italian is saying and Zen has encountered some problems (which will require a work over). AC has also probably over stretched himself with new acquisitions (Congo will require signing fee) but he must have faith in asset and confident this will add significant value to the business long term. I’m sure he has already completed DD and has had an unofficial nod that this will fully complete which will be his current focus (as outlined in today’s RNS). Bonds will support on both of these fronts - Without doubt there is going to be some turbulence but current market cap is not reflective of potential IMO - Stay strong
Just get the rig back to Zardab Z-21 and get the oil out ..... the blowout was a kinda open invitation!!!!
Stop messing around!!!
pretty clear not clear pretty : D
Well at least in Congo they are looking to get the right personnel with the new hires .... who knows what’s going on .....
Updates please ZEN!!!
like you say it looks like his attention is away from the initial focus , and now going for the path of least resistance in another direction imo. if he`s not up to this new target it will soon become clear pretty as well
Compass why you bought into zen in the first place won’t be relevant/of interest to AC if he’s had enough of trying to make it work in azer, and wants to play with his new toys in Congo, Italy and probably Norway . You have to say there’s more than a fair chance that’s exactly what’s happening. Not to say it won’t work but as you say not why everyone invested. Biggest issue with zen in reality is it’s really a one man band with AC controlling every step hour by hour day by day, trying to be all things to all men
I could be wrong, but it seems to me AC is burying his head in the sand with AZER, its as if "I have another project now The Congo so Azer does not matter" well I can tell you it does...its why I bought into ZEN in the first place....
