Where in the rns does it state 50 to 1 consolidation?
People should be happy that the company hasn't gone bust. Would have been good if completely transparent and explained if there's a consolidation and at what rate since suspension lifted and trading again on 2 May. Trading at 1p or 55p?
Suspension at 1.085p and placing at 55p?
What happens to original shares? What 1p becomes 55p?
Human nature is that they don't want something until everyone wants it. Once the herd arrives investors will be happy to pay multiples of today's share price, especially since the huge disparity between NAV approx £55m and MCAP approx £14m?
Genuinely hope that it turns out well for you all.
I remember the last bloke in charge of msys a while back saying in a interview that at 0.25pish msys were cheap? So msys has been declining for over a year. Now best part of around 80% down fom then. Without the dvrg contracts what income does msys have?
It would take too long to give details of my buys, top ups and sells over the years. More to the point dvrg and msys share prices are decling daily and dvrg collapsing/ suspending could be catastrophic for the other msys.
mis678 don't worry consolidation on the horizon and then it'll shot up x10, ie 5.25p at today's price. Presume that the old fund raising cycle will start again to say, drill, aquire anther project etc?
Shave back in November the share price was around 2.25p,maybe suspension then would have saved investors a lot of money. Now over 20% down today alone.
Sold out now and lost a packet on msys.
GB should be held accountable, but of course he won't!
Dvrg price down by a further 17.9% today and suspension is a possibility especially with TW giving AIM Regulation another heads up.
What happens if msys demand their money owed by dvrg immediately?
TW has posted on his website that he's sent a letter to aim regulation regarding dvrg. Cash position and cash owed to msys mentioned.
How did the rto which should have produced around 2p a share go?
Ramping?
TW called GB out numerous times over the years and is proven correct. Also in his recent offerings on his website he paints a grim picture for both dvrg and msys.
I don't think GB will be losing any sleep over this collapses of both companies. Know doubt the coming weeks the true picture of the state of both companies will out. Terrible to see the hurt/losses some pi have incurred.
Maybe you should read the funndig risk/key personal risk parts of the rns on 31/03/2023. If any funds raised,at what dilution?
Apart from the contracts that were thrown at msys by dvrg, how many other big money contracts has the company won?
