Those are worked buys, no doubt. Having done dummy sells you couldn’t off load that much in one go at the time.
Just to clarify... I mean if they were sells you would be unlikely to get the mid price
on that size of trade...Our Market size is only 5,000.
The mid price at the close was 72p so I think all trades at that price after the close
are buys..There is also one @ 105,242 as well... I do not think you would get the mid
price after the close on those size of trades, unless there is huge demand for the stock..
IMHO!

I can see the institutions filling any cash raise (what's a 30m gamble to them?)
The CEO has put his money where his mouth is and I am super confident that he will turn it around
I can see the cash raise being announced as soon as next week. They could give away half the business for 50p raising £30m which would give the CEO some breathing space to turn it around
@Ravenswell
If you cannot see the potential being in after suspension with Kelly at the helm, that is your loss..
Maybe Smallwheel can give you a lift... All of your posts have been negative here.... Kelly
has been transparent about everything he has discovered, and still believes he can turn
it around...He landed GM in months... I look forward to the next contract win and the many
after that... If you had a clue you would see someone is building a significant position
here, do come back for a chat when the TR1 lands .....
Manifesto, You really don't like anyone having a different point of view do you? Playground name calling and suggestions to depart seems to be your only reaction .. You must realise it undermines what you want others to believe?
On Smallwheel's post - they have just done the sums, like others and worked out at the cash burn rate, taking out the cost of the raise, and the absence of deals bringing in real cash, means the business will need more working capital before Christmas. My prediction as you know is in October - and its going to be very tough on existing holders because there is almost nothing other than hope in the new CEO to point at - (that hasnt been promised for years). Other businesses with these revenues and ebit profile measure their value in pence and life expectancy in months.. which makes following your money very brave for institutions.
Did i say SP , meant BP
73p now.....Strong afternoon ahead IMHO! GLA!
We have just raised you muppet.. !
You can be sure the ext time we do it will be £'s not pence...!
Now you can do a wheelie on your way out... I am sure you know how :D
The MCAP is too low for a cash raise so SP by necessity may climb until a nice premium can be offered
Creeping up...
I’m holding in anticipation for another move up
100K Buy just in...2P ABOVE the Ask...
There is big demand here... Don't be fooled by the usual opening
tree shake... GLA!
Would be nice to move closer to 80p again, but realistically I think staying at 70p without news on contracts is positive.
It shows the drop was too much and helps us build a steady base to move up from in the coming months.
For any here from before suspension I do hope you have some spare funds to reduce your average and take advantage of the current low price.
With the right news and consistency in winning new contracts we can see £1 or more in a couple months, but will take a while to be back into multiple £ territory.
I do think it's very low chance of retreating much from here though, except for fishing MMs
The thing to remember here is the VERY small number of shares in Public
hands. With the strong buying over the last week it must be less
than 10% of the total issue... TR1's often land during trading hours,
I think someone has been building a position here. Hopefully
finish in the 80's today. GLA!
Using an AI to create FUD… whatever next?! Lol
Imminent RNS should see this back over £1. GLA!
What was the point of that post Jiffy..better stick to GGP I guess
Ever heard of Anthropic, AI website, just plugged in this question to see what it would spit out.Realise there has now been a change of management etc so don't take this too seriously . Read some of the 2022 Annual Report and strategy looks very promising if the new CEO can grow sales etc.Still, always interesting to get another view.
Question: Wandisco is a interesting company, what are your thoughts on it succeeding over the next 5 years so that it actually makes a profit?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer: Wandisco does have an interesting technology platform, but its prospects of becoming profitable over the next 5 years face some uncertainties:
Competition - The data replication and AI ops markets have seen growing competition from both startups and large tech companies. Wandisco will have to stand out with superior technology and execution.
Sales execution - While Wandisco has bluechip customers like Microsoft and IBM, it has struggled to convert pilots and proofs of concept into steady revenue growth. Better sales execution will be key.
Shift to cloud - As enterprises move to public cloud platforms, Wandisco will have to keep evolving its offerings to maintain relevance. Cloud data migration and management require different solutions.
Path to profitability - Wandisco has focused on growth and still loses money. It will need to optimize its cost structure and demonstrate a viable path to profitability at scale. This may require it to rethink pricing, resources, etc.
Funding needs - Wandisco is likely to require additional funding if revenue growth remains uncertain. Funding environment has become more challenging given economic conditions.
Competition from cloud vendors - The big cloud platforms are enhancing their native data replication and management capabilities. This could make Wandisco less essential over time.
Overall, while Wandisco offers some differentiation, the growth and profitability outlook remains challenging given market dynamics and execution risks. Significant outperformance of expectations would likely be needed for it to achieve sustainable profits in 5 years. But the potential cannot be ruled out.
I doubt that Bob even knows how to suck.
Happy with today nice steady rise like this for a few days will be nice.
Hopefully some good news soon especially for those that held this before the suspension good luck all.
I’ll take that. hopefully brake into the 80’s at some point tomorrow, unless we get an RNS of course 🤞🏻
Closed UP 5.8% @ 73P
Not bad after the big rise yesterday... Let's see what tomorrow brings!

You should advise yourself to toddle off.
I have been advised, by myself, that when a stock is active and MM's want to dump the floor manager allows discretionary offers over bid so idiots will post how their dummy trades indicate that MM's are either short of stock or desperate to buy in order to fill a massive order on bulletin boards such as this.
