Afternoon Robleo , housebuilder sector is always first to be hit , best just hold and not add until after recession hits probably be a couple of years though , expect cut in the dividends Dan , Panegyric = Public Speech / Published text , guess i should of read the full meaning and i drive Green pick-up .... ATB
Mole, the big question about the house builders though is are their share prices going to drop a lot further down, i suspect they are ?
Hi roofer, all I said was well done, hardly a Panegyric? You can't help being perfect? Have a good week.
CSDI gets the honorary mention for nailing the USA close price though, as markets faded away after UK closed.
PSN is a better place to keep your long term funds. VOD has a negative Altman Z score, currently -0.46. A negative score is high probabilty of bankruptcy within 2 years, or restructuring at least. $30bn of USA bonds ballooning in value as the strong dollar persists won't be helping.
PSN score 5.5. As fit and healthy as you can get.
Close but no cigar. At least the SP had a good day to finish off the week.
Well done Roofer - amazing how you can fix the tournament so you win LOL.
Nearly tempted to buy in here, but decided to keep all my apples in the PSN house pack of tumbling cards.
Have a good weekend all
Cheers - C
Same here Dan, i don't need a flash car, as long as it's reliable and it gets me to work and to the airport then we are happy, but we do love a holiday in the sun, would be good if these dam shares started to show some profit though, it just seems like they are destined to fail with all that's been going on the last few years
robleo. Cheers Amigo. I will stick with vod, & My K A. A great car if you want to go down the pub, & not get pulled up by the fuzz. I used to like flash cars, but never had one, so that may be why I am still alive? I would love to buy a fast motor bike, although I have a licence for one, I fear it could turn out to be a licence to kill? I think I will stick to skiing for my adrenalin rush, softer landings! Glad you had a good day.
Nice one roofer, just reward for organising. I'll have a think tonight while on the job about next week and try and grind out a prediction to give you some competition.
Dan, much better day all round today , will just have to take whatever is thrown at us for a while and just try and enjoy life, you may have to wait a bit longer to upgrade the KA, but as long as it keeps passing it's mot you will be alright, who needs a Porsche anyway -:) have a great weekend mate
well done roofer you are very good at this

Good day today, well done roofer. Of course there is always the one who is never happy? Hope you had a good day rob, with the F.T.S.E. doing so well?
To much to ask to stay above £1.14 - oh well at least we finished up for a change . Lets hope next week is a lot better

I sort of laughed sardonically when I read this and shrugged my shoulders. If the dividend holds it will another five years before I get back to where I started-Never mind at least there is a dividend and I'm in good health!
Deal making is all talk by Read - he just says what he thinks the markets want to hear and never follows up with it - bloke has decimated this share price
about this share price?
What happened to the deal making?
We should ask him then Dan so we can try and save ourselves, come on Porsche tell us exactly what we should invest in this month ?
robleo. You should have listened to Porsche then? Not me, All I have got is is a Ford K.A. Come on Porsche, they are all just envious really, just keep shorting & let us know how much you have made?
It's all getting panned now. Are you in companies that will do well in the future bull market is what you want to check right now, as a long term investor that is.
Think i must have picked all the wrong shares guys, they are all going down the pan, makes you wonder where it's all going to end, just watching them all drop and wondering which will turn out to be the weakest or strongest, but they are all looking very weak right now,
hope the rest of you are having a better result ?
Oh least porche is having a good time with yankee doodle shares
Capital.com 5 year priced target for these is 50p…..its halved in three years so thats about bang on I would think, debt is unsustainable, like all this shxt on the ftse, this is a screaming short. Yes people will use mobiles but there are dozens of operators and there has been no profit in the business for years, hence vod getting stitched up in germany with the Liberty Global disaster trying to find “ bundle “ businesses. Plus Starlink’s tech is likely to wipe them all out in a few years anyway, and the likes of hopeless BT.
Wish I had some funds available! People won’t stop using their phones and Roaming charges are back.
Sorry Daniel mostly at that the rest at 1.31.
Having said that it took me about 10 years to get a decent profit with VOD by averaging down.
It'll come good but probably when I'm pushing the daisies up.
Hi Gary. "Got out at 1.39", Don't rub it in ! You can go off people you know?
Daniel, in reply ... Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is a trend-following momentum indicator that shows the relationship between two moving averages of a security's price. Traders use the MACD to identify when bullish or bearish momentum is high in order to identify entry and exit points for trades. AND IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT A GOOD MACD INDICATOR IS >>> MACD crossing above zero is considered bullish, while crossing below zero is bearish. Secondly, when MACD turns up from below zero it is considered bullish. When it turns down from above zero it is considered bearish.
Meshtrader says the current MACD indicator for VOD is inconclusive & who am I to argue. I'm only glad I got out of VOD mostly at 1.39, soon looking to get back in though. Off for a "filletOfish" now. GLAll
