'2.5 % Xavier niel
10% Etisalat
Cevian ?'
Cevian strategy is to hold €0.5bn to €1.5bn of a company but sometimes higher. As VOD holding is undisclosed, I guess 0.5%+. Niels stake likely more influential but not as influential as Etisalat..imho
2.5 % Xavier niel
10% Etisalat
Cevian ?
Perhaps the weekly sp guesses can move into a different price range. Both BT and VOD being viewed as well oversold.
I think VOD will turn bullish from here - looking for 150p now
it will make a positive turnaround...
VOD just did a double bottom at 106.3p
SO it's very likely to bounce 20% from here.
Or whatever other decent amount
I mean I will say when I sell.
I am not like porchse who lies thought their teeth.
Looks like VOD is getting bargain hunting this a.m. which was to be expected.
Good luck all, Cheap
i do think porche shorts shares
That is why he rants around saying "uk stocks are so bad"
I don't like him he is like a leech.
I prefer honest people. If you are short say so.
If I am short - I will say so. These borads are infested with liars.
Which is what I hate most about people. I am holing VOD shares - I will when I sell
However I will not short.

Dan, I think vantage was originally valued/ ipo c€12bn, hence using €10bn as a strawman for vod share . Of course only the auction will establish a number to accept or reject. As to what's in the SP currently,..well that's not the sum of the parts otherwise we would be back up at 180 or 200 imho
C.S.Boy. But? Porsche may have been shorting vod? & made a lot of money? Who knows?? O.k. chances are he is a complete idiot? But who knows? If he has been shorting, then good on him. I wish I had . Better than a complete, negative ex vod employee idiot, that hasn't been shorting vod, or better than a positive one like me even? Cheers from me, A.K.A. Ford K.A. (my other car is a reliant robin) 0 to 60 in ? I will let you know when it gets there.
Porsche is funny you gotta feel for him
Bless him
vodger. If the offer is 31p per share, but the share of vantage is worth more,(for example) 41p per share, then the vod sp should fall by 10p. Do you know what it is worth? Don't just sell for the sake of it, unless you know the true worth. I don't know, do you??? But I like your non doom & gloom suggestion! Talking of doom & gloom, good luck to Mikey. He can't help it you know?!
Hello rob. I have to confess I am bit confused. Is he talking about me with his strange post, or Nick Read? Or does he think we are the same person. I know you feel sorry for Mikey, & so do I, but you are not doing him any favours. He needs help, & this is not the right place. Sorry , because I know you & C.S.D.I. mean well? Anyway back to vod? I need help! OK, not good, see you tomorrow.
If the offer for VODs [83%] share of Vantage is €10Bn+, that would be c31p cash per share. Thats something to look forward to despite the gloom out there
Mikey, nobody wants you to be long gone, i find you quite funny sometimes, i just don't get why you need to have a go at each other all the time, especially whenever the share price drops, much better to make friends than enemies, you will enjoy life more
but I'm probably wasting my time, but take care mate
If he hadnt been such an obnoxious @sshole to me I would have been long gone . Blokes and arrogant piece of work who thinks he knows best and did nothing but “bully” me on here - along with others . Probably still does . Quite happy to keep ****ing him off . Sorry to everybody else .
Oh i give up mikey, think i will continue working, but have a good evening
Just enjoy mocking one person - I hope it turns around for the rest of you
But you said you sold your shares Mikey, so why would you care, or do you just enjoy mocking ?
This was one of Nicks Highlights in the End of year presentation.
“Committed to improving returns to shareholders through growth + portfolio priorities”
Oh dear Hahaha
Yes i agree Dan, it's tough for younger people to get on the property ladder, but very unlikely that will ever happen I think
Rob. The sp would need to go to about £6 for me to do that. Far better if house prices were more realistic, about 1/3 what they are now. Overpriced housing has been a disaster for most young people. Only good for property speculators. Buying a house should not be an investment, just somewhere to live.
Dan, if this share goes back up to £1.50, you will be able to buy them a house, you never know. ;-)
Hi rob. "House prises will get hit the hardest in2023"? That's the best bit of news I have heard for ages. Perhaps then, my 2 daughters will be able to afford to buy a decent house?
