AIMing...... Sorry mate, I value your posts when they relate to stocks, but I can't be doing with looking at your constant sniping at and with DHC. It does nothing for the board. Can you leave all of that over on the WSG board please ?
Thanks in advance. All the best.
Sheddie
Oh. Before anyone starts linking sunpower or other flexible panels I suggest going back through the post history as all this was done last weekend.
There is room for competition in this market but nothing has come close on price or certification.
Verditek are keen to displace diesel power generation and looking at places where large amounts of off grid power is required but traditional solar PVs are not robust and durable enough for harsh environments.
Flexible panels can literally be glued to the side of a tent. That is the benefit of light weight flexibility.
MMgames. All the info is available in RNSs and on the website.
To summarise
Currently have a commercial flexible solar PV that has passed IEC testing and is the only certified flexible panel on the market
1/10th the weight of a standard traditional panel per m2 but produces the same power and no loss of efficiency
Robust and durable. Ideal for off grid and remote locations such as those in oil and gas, mining, agriculture, defense (such as war zones or camps) marine, transport cooling, telecoms.
Have just reopened Italian factory with a 20Mw capacity per annum. New CEO has decided that sales projections require greater capacity and is currently increasing capacity at wholly owned facility. Also looking for licencing of manufacturing to other facilities in stategic locations
Have receievd 4 orders in the last 3 weeks from new customers in different markets.
Currently have trials in progress to demonstrate the cost saving s for transport refrigeration with IM Efficiency.
Capacuty orders expected to generate £6m before EBIT with a reflected SP of 25-30p based on P/E of 14. Increasing capacity to 60Mw will treble this.
Capacity increase currently underway with funds received from £1.5m of placings earlier in year.
Expect to have free cash flow by end of 2020
Have I mentioned the JDP with paragraf for PVs which will potentially be 30-40% effciency (more or less double standard solar) and less than 1mm thick. This is the potential jewel in the crown and has not even been priced in. Initial trials to combine graphene with the Verditek PV has been a success. JDP now in phase 2 to involve efficiency to greater than 25% and look at ways to manufacture at scale. If this is a success, and an update is due before year end it will be transformational for verditek and the solar PV sector.
Hope this helps
Since when did Mr Trump become Mr ****??
Seems to be a nice upward trend to verditek. Couldn't help but laugh at the commentary on here. Can anyone enlighten me on an investment case here??
DHC***. Must confess that I got bored half way through your post so didn’t finish it. Feeks is a valued member of WSG bored and whilst he’s currently not invested that doesn’t mean his opinions aren’t welcome. Unlike yours. When you were not invested you trashed the share...constantly....for significantly more than 50% of your numbers LSE posts.
Since you can read his posts it appears another lie that you filtered him. Sorry once again for using facts against you Mr Trump...Sorry, I mean Mr C***
All IMO
DHC***. Do get back in your box. You’re nothing more than a childish, two-faced, position poster who is transparently duplicitous and unable to grasp the concept that your previous lies are clear for all who care to check your posting history. Your Trumpian ways have only managed to make many people on many BBs realise that you’re simply not a very nice person.
Like your idol, you’re sadly not as smart as you believe you are (and are desperate for anonymous posters to think you are)
Get on with your own investments my love.
All IMO
Look, I don't want to engage with you DHC. My arrival on the INTU board was provoked after having to put up by your many hundreds of posts over many weeks and months against the board of WSG, which were grossly unfair and hypercritical. I posted I think, a total of 4 times on INTU. This would have been in March/ April because at that time I felt you were trying to dupe newbies there into thinking it was a very safe investment to place their money. I said it was an outright gamble an that it was likely to go bust. I said investors should not listen to you. The company went bust. You have lied successively about this. You are a de-ramper who position posts all the time. The BB here is now ruined by your presence, and other good people here will learn this in time. So sad, but I am leaving right now so I won't get drawn in. Caveat emptor folks! Good luck!
DHC. You can read the posting history on here. All very informative. I am sure you will not ask anything or find anything that hasn't been asked, referenced or come up before.
There are several other posters that will also supports with detailed responses.
I will warn you that any negativity is likely to be ignored as todate this has been a very positive environment and posters on here will not respond to bull 5hit.
Feeks - Would echo those thoughts. As a newbie to VDTK I really appreciate your insights and views and it would be a great shame if one moronic poster was to trigger your departure from this BB.
Feeks. Your contribution has been valuable and it would be a real shame to not have you on the board.
Don't let a key board warrior stop your contribution here.
Appreciate the fact that you may be trying to stop an idiot follow you and ruin the contribution and content of this site.
If you are taking a break we look forward to your return.
Thank you. I have said little or nothing about VDTK on the WSG board. I was a holder there so I may have mentioned it in passing as I thought those guys could do with a break. From memory VDTK would have been around 3 - 5p at the time. Just ask Aiming about WSG - he knows all the history too. Believe me you do no want DHC to make any comment here whether it be +ve or -ve. It's enough for me to abandon the site altogether, which is what I shall do after today. No, I am not rampy. I own a lot of shares here actually, and I enjoyed finding out about the potential some of which I chose to share, but frankly I never got round to posting it all. I believe the prospects are very good and my enthusiasm may come across mildly sometimes. Good luck here, it is going to be a very special company. But for the forseeable future I won't be posting again, sorry
Feeks.
If you told people about the pitfalls of Intu then surely that was a good thing, right ?
If you discussed the potential of Verditek on another board, highlighting and detailing information about the potential of the business the that is also a good thing right ?
I have not once from memory read one of your posts and found it rampy. I have never, from memory read you quote SP expectations that are wildly inflated or unrealstic. TBH I don't think you have ever mentioned a potential figure.
Last post from me to you -
On INTU I warned others it would go bust and not to listen to your ramping. Was that wrong?
On WSG I chose to sell after many years of holdinf after you deramped incessantly about 60-100 posts a month on a stock you did not own, perpetually slating the management for bo good reasons, before you then chose to buy in. You don't like me for warning others to steer clear. Too bad.
Hi DHC you really have zero class or moral fibre. I will filter you now, and I strongly recommend everyone else does the same. I don't know why you seem so surprised that I should find your apparent willingness to decieve others for your own gain so reprehensible.
It seems this is a decent stock to be holding. Surprised we did not get the one, two, three day MM drops to shake more holders.
I agree, there must be too many people waiting to "buy in on the drop". So really, buyers will just have to pay more before they miss out when the next news hits. I've never understood the desire to take that risk just to gain an extra 1-2% myself.
Fill or Kill on the ask again.
They must really be short of shares. Only looking to buy from the holder again today.
charged £11.95 as per any trade.
Do you include dealing charges on that too? I use HL but don't know if they use the gross spend figure
They should be on your trading account anyway.
I would expect it to show an average as well. But that is easy to work out.
Total spend on purchases of shares in company / number of shares bought
fairview
Nope. Not a great deal, anyway. My purchases are usually of low volume. I started buying stocks in line with UK lockdown so my trading terminology (and strategy/skills) are... Ltd. Lol
Bananaman2
Right - thanks for the clarification. Sounds like I should be making note of my purchase prices.
Well that was a pointless post. Hate it when you write a post and then find it's already been answered.
I'm guessing you haven't bought and sold shares very much FBNO.
He's talking about his average purchase price taking into account buying and selling at different prices.
My average price per share. Having purchased 3 times I have averaged up from 4.9p to 6p with the largest purchase being the first has kept the average to 6p.
Can I ask, when you say average of 6p, what are you referring to?
