gemstar: it's a great scene. Not sure if BM or AP can do a good impersonation of Jeremy Irons, though.

Does anyone understand these CLNs that come into play soon? Is the SP going to drop? Obviously it’s dropped a lot already. Looks very cheap atm but as I say, don’t understand the finance situation coming up... thanks
The only person behind bars should be AP
Everyone has a right to their opinion, I am among the LTHs sitting on massive losses like others. I think many of us are fed up with Day in and Day out moaning about the same issues. Some have left and the remaining who don't trust the share should move on. I would like to hold and stay positive. As someone said.
TWO MEN LOOK OUT THROUGH THE SAME BARS
ONE SEES THE MUD AND ONE THE STARS.
It's not the UK where the assets can be taken straight away by the debt company. In the Minor European nations especially the old soviet block, issues like these can take years(Vast can take out a STAY order). The courts are corrupt and so are the officials. I am sure Atlas and Vast may come up with a workable solution. Even if Atlas does finally take control of BP they won't find a buyer because of the jurisdiction. Had an experience in Portugal, even a Western nation still the courts are league years behind us.
Not many days to go everything will be clear soon.
FOOLS - some comments in reply
1)Commodity Bullrun may make Vast hugely profitable.
- Keyword = MAY
2)Many Big Investors including Prelea have massive stakes in Vast.
- Keyword = MANY?? One PI declared over3%, how many of APs shares did he actually pay his own money for?
3)Atlas have done good business with Vast and may want more in other Jurisdictions.
- Atlas will have done good business for Atlas if they get repaid, or if they dont, get enough cash back selling Baita on
4)Many miners big or small invest hundreds of millions or even billions before they even become profitable. And even then it takes them many years.
- VAST havent got hundreds of millions to invest - and many of those miners go bust before they make a profit
5)Mutual agreement with Atlas on BP is the only feasible route for both parties as the lengthy judicial and repossession process in Romania may not be in anyone's interest(Mercuria and Carlibaba is an example).
- the mortgage agreement and how it would be enforced is straightforward- have you read it?
6)The SP is at rock bottom, there is a huge difference to the NAV and potential.
- potential has to realised for the NAV to be realised
7)AIM shares are risky and take time to materialise, but the rewards are HUMONGOUS.
- the downsides can be CATASTROPHIC, look at ADV this week
people were saying the same thing 3 months ago and they are now all under water, what makes you think the next 3 months will be any different? 65% down if you put your money in November, even more if you've been in longer.
Atlas controlled assets by the end of Feb.
Avoid this share like the plague
Time and again SHAMBOLIC timelines given by the inexperienced BOD has led to the erosion of Investor confidence. Saying that here are a few positive points the investors can take into account.

Just a few days left when our fate will be decided, as they say.
