Rightbacks post sunday 16.16 totally agree very good post
Absolutely, Not a Hint of Any Interest. The BOD thought All that was required For ANOTHER 125/1 CONSOLIDATION was to Call Another GM and the SHs to Vote IT through Like before. SHs Have Carried Valirx/BOD for long enough. Time for them to Step UP and Prove what the SHs/Market was Told was Correct. IMO.
I seriously doubt that there are any products of note which could deliver a resurgence. I’m drawing the conclusion that it’s all smoke and mirrors otherwise the bod wouldn’t let it get to this point. There are now cornered and desperately looking for an escape route as the gravy train has come to a grinding halt and about time too.
Sorry but imo they deserve everything that’s coming, they should not be recognised as anything but corrupt in the oncology world ! Shame on them !!
Agreed ValJu- If VAL201 is as good as they claim- then this might explain the ‘arrogance’- their version of confidence.
I think the Action Group have stirred things up and maybe it will stimulate change- probably badly needed- on the management and administration levels.
But ultimately- this is about cancer research- can they deliver on a potential cure for prostate cancer.
The ultimate value of the company rests primarily on this fact.
Hopefully we get an update on the work done very soon.
Then why is this not happening! Even at the delay of monthly salaries?
If they KNOW the results & they are GOOD why act in such a way, that portrays doom & gloom?
WHY NOT release or pay to release it! Do they not care!!!
No matter the 201 results financially these two would squander any positives as shown in the passed, no ifs or buts 201 will be what ever the outcome good or bad either outcome they’d mess it up.
Rightback- broadly agree. However- the key short term is the results of the VAL 201 program. Can the results be prepared and reported upon with existing financial resources.
Assuming all is fully transparent in terms of the VAL 201 program- if the results are positive- seriously positive- then could form the foundations for a resurgence.
I believe like Freddie and others VAL are a bit off calling in the receivers in fact letting the two main bod members carrying on as they have would bring that situation around far sooner than the action group putting the breaks on. Within the next 28 days we have the once and only chance to stop the rot steady the ship and then plan a new course we all want and not being guided by two cash happy fools who have hidden behind PHD’s etc and not giving a dam about what all this is about. TRYING to treat one horrible disease.
scooby-doo,
Valirx are in a sticky situation at the moment as shareholders have voted down the only know funds [Valirx are stuck in mud?].
The posts about who owns the IP / Patents in the event of Administration causes more confusion - one of the definitions of murky is 'dark and gloomy, especially due to thick mist'. It has also been raining for longer than I would prefer.
Care to enlighten us nom with your puzzling post ??
But this muddy patch has become murkier.
