This is the kind of post we need after a day like today :)
Good balanced post Adam Hargreaves . I am still new to this share so trying to find the sensible posters and yours stood out
I think this company has cooked its goose, the SP was artificially inflated and the only thing that will support this SP from now on is what I would deem premature optimism.
This is a little more of an exaggeration on a SP where the news has had a bit of a mixed reaction (a lot of PIs not understand the results properly maybe), and also more than likely a combination of large buy orders at a specific lower SP.
Fair analysis on today and the results Grace, and they weren’t as bad as to cause such a drop in SP hence everyone’s blue feelings.
There will most likely be a retrace and news needs to settle in and be digested sometimes before SP starts to increase again to where it should be. And of course there is more news to look forward to. No doubt todays movement would have touched a few nerves and also may instil some nervousness in newcomers and prospective investors, such that if more ‘positive’ news is released that it’ll tank again.
Let the news digest and see where this is end of the week/two weeks. Obviously do your own risk assessment on this, unlikely to drop tomorrow like it has today but then again one never really knows the markets, as today has proven.
What will happen now is more panic sells will happen on its way back up to 60p+ with the average person happy to now just get his money back, leaving even more for the big players.
Hold tight IMO.
Correction: Company confirmed £2m in bank. The rest is your conclusion (and mine ....unless they decide to fund new PII trial - unlikely)
Agree this will open blue tomorrow after a gap up following a raid this afternoon.
How it trades after that is anyones guess. Company have confirmed they have £2m cash in the bank so no placing.
Its gonna be busy here tomorrow!
All of a sudden we see multiple 50k+ buys as soon as the price drops after the small investors loose to the panic/stop losses, coincidence?
There is absolutely no other reason why the price has dropped, the buys are higher then the sells.
Big day tomorrow and the rest of the week.
someone needs to sort it out.
well they are regulated but not as much as the Ftse
are they really not regulated? no wonder these things happen then. what is the point of investor research etc if they can ignore market conditions and do what they like with the sp.
trouble is the MMs are not regulated to the degree on the FTSE so basicaly they do what they like Fraud comes to mind?
I b***y brought in at 60p this morning, you win some you lose some.
it shouldnt be allowed.investors understandably scared into selling their shares without knowing why.
Agreed. Complete manipulation... best to zoom out on share chart to put things into perspective
hi you are probably correct about tomorrows price but that doesnt make it right.
I hope your right my toad stool is brown and run out of toilet paper.
This was just market manipulation today, giving PI shares to the big players. Just have to look at the amount of big buys after 4pm. Feel for anyone that has sold out this afternoon from stop losses/panic sells.
This will open 40p+
Hold tight people.
