Certainly looking at these with a longer term outlook. Nice if they get back to old levels when the seller has finished.
But I think I’ll wait till Monday... can’t imagine we will get any numbers until Tuesday earliest.... bit of a gamble but I’m off to the pub..... gla
Nocashqxl - getting a bit tired of the 'I have a friend that works there' stories. You say your friend is "doing a LOT of deals"(sic) - if he /she is at the level of selling/doing deals then he/she really isn't going to know the state of the companies financial status and the cash in bank! I prefer to go through LinkedIn and look for employees updates etc. I noted they had a made several analysts redundant recently or asked them to apply for new positions. This is on top of the removal of a layer of management/team leaders who were made redundant on 30 days notice around 6 weeks ago. It is also publicised that Northern Gas and Power were taken to court in regards to approaching 80 of UW's 'better' remaining staff after it became known UW were in trouble, hence the £3million in legal fees. I don't know what to make of this share, it was well publicised Geoff Thompson sold his holding about 2 weeks ago on this forum and others, it's not new news, yet someone posts it every other day - this could either go bust due to cash flow/ debt or bounce back, but please stop the anecdotal stories, there's plenty factual info out there to form an opinion.
I've only got 5k in now , but with what I've heard from others with closer ties to the company im too quite confident at these prices , I'm tempted to buy more , the recent fall in price was down to the forced out top man selling all of is shares this causing a mass panic , good luck all , some serious gains to be made here , this stock over sold
well it has fallen so far i can only see more upside than down, unless it is about to go belly up or be sold, but in either case it would be still worth more than present share value..oh well time will tell.
Well bit quite today. According to a friend who works there, they and him are still doing a LOT of deals, they have plenty of cash, in the bank and been no issues with staff being paid there commissions which is quite a lot. He said BF is trying to or has getting get all the bad news out of the way, so they can move forward and that the results should be good. Let's hope so. He also pointed out the value of order's that are already in the pipe line are worth more than the company is currently valued at.
Ive turned to crying, just hoping it doesnt go bust
Not any more, I’ve stopped laughing....
Right now, down in the morning then recovers.....
But they are well within their revolving credit facility
The net debt as at 31 July 2018 includes net bank debt of GBP14.3m, which is funded by the Group's GBP25m revolving credit facility.
H 1 ebitda was £3.2 m, let’s assume
H 2 ebitda is £2.8 m.
Annual ebitda of £6m... at a P/E ratio of 5 we get a market cap of £30m and £60m at a P/E ratio of 10....
Sounds simples..... 😂
Bagger City....
So if they were major problems they would have been reported, so there is nothing to worry about. But the change in accounting standards last year will reflect very well this year imo. This share should be between 30-60p bottom value.
Deals like this will start to bring in revenue shortly

Yes but if there are other reasons they should report them to the market
Seriously I can’t wait for the update, it’s going to be a multi bagger, accounts will be better than last years as they should have an extra 10 mil to report. Of cpurse unless they have ran in to problems but it all seems positive on Twitter.
Correct me if I am wrong. Last year the share price was above 50p. They state a drop in orders around 17% as they cut a lot of the under performing sub brokers and changes to their reporting moving to IFRS15 but there are also alot of positives but the company is now worth a tenth of it's value !! They even reduced their debt. Looks very oversold and the drop due to the seller just put the willies up people.
Could be a good trade tomorrow. See what happens on the open and make a decision. To think how high this reached and where it is now is quite absurd
Must be looking good right now....obviously older ones not so....
With respect I would hope your family member works in the accounts department to know how the company is faring, if he/she isn't then they would have little idea whether the company is going under if they are not involved in the shenanigans of covenants, cashflow, debts etc
You can have great sales but if the margins arent covering the costs then there are problems
Obviously make your own call , traders and long term investers will be all over this for the bounce and longer term recovery. My decision to get in is all based on the posative sides of the company and the revenue is there and contract wins etc and to help with a bit more resurance from inside the company itself. No not inside dealing info , just about the atmosphere etc and resurance they have had , so my investment is based on all off the above. Good luck all
Thats my thought too. There are too many bashers about at present who just drive fear and compound issues.
I think your right... I’ve just bought another 15,000 shares.... time will tell.... gla
I've got a family member who works there and they have said that the problems are there but not as far to say the company is going under , I think it's all this uncertainty not knowing , and with the ousted director selling puts more worry. Not being funny if I was forced out of a company , I'd sell my entire holding too. On this information , even tho she doesn't get to know everything but I'm confident of a nice healthy bounce so I've put my money where my mouth is , £1975. Invested at just under 6p. Watch this space , it's going to get exciting
I like your thinking but I wouldn’t be around much after a 10 bagger........but it has to be possible.....surely...
If you can tell that your a better man than me gonga din.... 😂
