Does anyone know of any other Rocket Ships out of curiosity.?
Spot on Bebeto. Buy cheap, accumulate, hold, hold, hold until there's a real reason to sell. As you say you only need two three stocks to do very well.
It's like a rocket ship with parts falling off the higher it goes by the time it's at the very top it's just one astronauts worth.. Lol when I sold at 8p thinking was behind it was it would probably get to 10p and buying a house was more important than a paper profit. No complaints just proves I can pick them. It only takes two or three shares like that/this one to become a millionaire.
Art, I was buying in GGP from 0.62p bought house at 8p held upto 36p. Not me but some of the holders there were making upto £100k per 1p rise. The markets are flooded with the 5-10% brigade but they don't make no where near what you can potentially make with the right share.
Quoted 4.05p to buy £5k worth. I worked out the best way to make serious amounts of money, is to buy in low and keep building your position and not be concerned with daily fluctuations and see the story through. I did just that in GGP and bought my house for cash. I'm now looking to buy a hotel from UOG profits lol.
Is four pea the new tree pea..!
Oh well that's an opportunity for me to stick another 50k in the pot :)
Hear it from Brian himself, when the oil prices were in twenties we were making and now they're in the sixties and we now have extra gas as well as another well.

UOG has the ingredients to make a TXP style rise....Brian seems an excellent leader to make this happen. I’m very impressed by what he is trying to achieve and the way he is doing it. He actually seems to care for his shareholders and that is something very important and rare in the AIM market....I’m not selling a single share until 20p is reached. No matter how long it takes. GLA
We have 3 producing wells currently but potentially by the end of the year we could actually have upto 7 producing wells, depending on successful drills & using the available space in the rig contract for the extra two drills. As Brent is currently $63 bbl it's definitely viable for the extra drills too.
Wow thanks all for the insights comments and views. I will indeed look into the details further revenue wise but even 25m rev 25 mcap is still very low and consider low debt fully funded self funded growth etc.
I am happy the share price will reflect true value fundamentals win in the end production and exploration lots to look forward to here i have no doubt.
I will build and hold for the TXP style ten bag lol GLA ;)

Im a long term holder at see this as a very good company, profit making with plenty upside.
You will need to look into the terms of the agreement with the Egyptian goverment before calculating Revenue
Im estimating $25 million this year but as that is after the goverments take and opex is less than $6 with the Capex for each drill very low should make a tidy profit this year.
I think we'll emulate the rise of TLW which came out of nothing to a mid-cap company. The more cash we generate the more growth options we'll see.
I bought into UOG after seeing a post on the TLW board - many months ago - I’ve recently sold all in them at a fair profit for a novice investor, as I got fed up with the “shorts” and the manipulation .... as well as a huge debt.
UOG seems a lot more stable, the low debt, overall transparency in where the company is going and its long term goal..... quite like BLs interviews as well....
quite happy to sit back and let things take their course.... nowhere near as stressful as the other O&G investment.. thankfully.
Not sure how this will play, when it gains a bit of momentum?

Hi Guys, I'm bought in here in January and my plan is to hold 5yrs+ just keep adding all the way with my first slice at 40p. The broker notes seem to be adding 2p per well and we've got 35 self funded drill targets. No fear of dilution through placings as revenues are ample now to sustain massive growth.
Your right IMO about how cheap it is but they do not get all the revenue you mention as the Egypt gov get a bit over 50 percent. If you go back through this BB it gets explained every so often. We’re waiting on an updated reserves report and also the oil seepage report which is other news flow to expect as well as the current drilling which is going rather well
One post on this BB all morning shows that UOG is still under the radar and will fly when people start to pay attention to the revenue it’s generating
Hi all new to this share but experienced with o&g shares quick read through latest updates trying to calc where it's at production wise ?
As far as I can make out so far prod uog share is 2310 existing plus 910 new well so 3220 net with new well online and at conservative $50 per bopd that's circa 50m rev 2021 plus other drills with 25m mcap or am I missing something ??
If so this is next TXP which I held from 12p out at £1.5 as for all their success they have yet to produce anything from the huge gas finds and yet here we have a company able to start production within days with rev $9m in 2020 worst year ever for o&g so since then oil price more than doubled and production nearly 50% up with new well so far then more fully or self funded drills coming.
Other o&g producing 3k bopd are worth way more than 25m mcap. As it stands I rate this 50m so 8p for starters then who knows if it gets to broker target 28p.
Unless anyone can prove me wrong I will be mopping up any uog sells at this level complete no brainer yay never thought another TXP opportunity would come along GLA ;)
