The LONGWAIT has missed the bottom while he was trying to claim some people are posting 'dishonest' info. LOL
'Absolutely oversold. Massive opportunity here..... especially at this gift price.... fill your boots.... '
(TrollHunter2)
That's a completely dishonest statement.
The shares are obviously not oversold.
The shares have been trading in a narrow range for a long time, shadowing the prices at which debt has been converted to equity, while you and others have been talking about how much they are going to rise.
The bid price has now slipped further - converging to the placing price.
'Sp starting its rise.'
(Nhawan)
Another dishonest observation.
According to Google's chart, the share price is at a seven-year low.
According to LSE, it is down today.
'The Bounce is starting.'
(Pboo)
Completely untrue.
Anyone can look at the price at the time you posted your comment and see that it is at a seven-year low.
The placing hasn't been underwritten according to the documents so no guarantees there will be the full uptake.
Hmm so Billy no shares still has not bought any but still gets his huge salary. Glad to see death spiral finance gone but the great wealth destroyer SS should NEVER have purchased the other 35% of HH. The MCAP has been decimated. Financial incompetence in the extreme. I pray for higher oil prices and stellar production and for the fool to let the bank balance build as a result,
'It is only the day traders who can be ****ed off because they bought at 2.4p thinking they would sell at 2.6p/2.7p for their 10% profits and now they are suddenly nursing a 20% loss with capital stuck in this share until after the AGM thinking they are loosing money.'
You mean people who bought for 0.24p, not 2.4p.
People who were influenced by the ramping on this board and bought at 2.4p are now losing more than 90 percent.
Well at least nobody now can say there is a death spiral on going with this company. So it is all good from now on. No debts, lower opex costs and work to increase production. It was a really good RNS.
Also what you have to think off is that there is a AGM in a couple of weeks and good news will be announced then, which will push up the SP. This is why they agreed to issue more shares now rather than after the AGM. This is because for the £4.2m invested the investor wanted 20% of the company rather than 10%. But in all it is all good for the long term even if it seems that it stings a bit in the short term. So if you are here for the long term it isn't bad, quite the contrary. It is only the day traders who can be ****ed off because they bought at 2.4p thinking they would sell at 2.6p/2.7p for their 10% profits and now they are suddenly nursing a 20% loss with capital stuck in this share until after the AGM thinking they are loosing money. Those are the ones complaining about the RNS but who cares about them anyway. Most people would look for the long term prosperity of everyone rather than the immediate little gain for any individual.
They can be forward sold. But we have no evidence if that is happening or not.
Could be just unhappy PI's.
Great for us confident LTH's to sweep up cheap shares though...thanks!!!
Absolutely oversold. Massive oppotunity here..... especially at this gift price.... fill your boots.... I am :-)
And I'm happy to hold medium - long term once I have them :-)
"I think the broker is offloading placement shares for a small profit. Once clear will go north."
This has been down a ski slope for years, sure there have been a couple of bumps along the way, but nothing to suggest the trend will change, its just more shares, more cashburn, more jam tomorrow.
There might be something here for traders to make a quick few percent, but you guys aren't traders, you're massively underwater, dreaming of 1p a share or above which is a pipedream.
Sp starting its rise. The placing shares will be done by next week judging by the volume. With now YA to constantly put sell pressure this will be moving up. Charts say its oversold.
The Bounce is starting.
I think the broker is offloading placement shares for a small profit. Once clear will go north.
Agreed. I just bought 5m at 0.239 showing as a sell.
Loads of deramping from peed off PI's but we should make an easy 20% from here.
Yeah I bought at 0.203 about an hour ago so most showing should be buys at that price!
its 0.2039 to buy dummy! excuse the pun.
Most of the sales are buys. Do a dummy buy and find out
Sanderson has destroyed the company by 90% all due to buying 35% of horsehill. Thats it. the guys a Dork. ( Dell boy )
Et voila!
:D
really!!! and still someone brought 460 million of them.
Yep.
I recall how all the rampers shouted about how the last one was the end of re-financing and borrowing and there was no need to borrow any more because there was cash in the bank and "profits" would fund UKOG from there on in.
If it weren't so sad it would be funny.
And still they bang on this morning.
There is no doubt, this new placing wasn't about paying off YA because of its detrimental effect on the sp. Everyone bar Sharecoin Sanderson knew it was a bad deal, and what it would do to the SP, the minute it was announced. This new placing is because they need more money to keep the lights on and to pay SS's wages. If the YA agreement had been allowed to run its course, then I doubt they would have agreed to enter into a new agreement with UKOG. They had to get permission from the company to convert in £75000 tranches instead of the originally agreed £150000 tranches. Thats because of the low volume. My guess is YA want out, never to lend to UKOG again. There isn't really anymore leeway with the SP.
That leaves UKOG in a spot, hence the new £4m placing dressed up like a pig with lipstick on, again.
The massive elephant in the room, is what happens when they want to drill another well? Develop Dunfold, Areton etc etc etc. Yep, more placings.
HH2Z results? Comingled Portland and Kimmeridge? Where is the news on these?
Flow rates will have to be spectacular from the two existing wells to lift this. Other than that, the only SP movement will be due to manipulation in order to let the new II out with their 10% profit.
This could have been a good company, but has been destroyed by the massive incompetence and arrogance of its BOD.
