Jez,
Forgive me, but can you actually read???

Have a read old bean see if you can spot your obvious schoolboy error!!!!
BF is right!! as soon as I saw that little gem I rolled about larfing old son, grow up and post some intelligent comments for once, if you can that it is, from what Ive seen thus far I doubt it very much Rodney!!
Mr T
Bit hard to say at this point in time.. clearly Corona has the potential to wipe out many small / medium businesses if they are poorly managed, or they have large running costs and are hit with less revenue. But in the case of UFO they should be sensible, review thier strategy and maybe wait a few months time we will we see the real impact. My own opinion is that it will peak by end of March then tail off into the warmer weather.. (just my view)
It would still be nice to see some progress here though, as they are in chicken and egg situation.. they need to prove these assets before anything more can happen.. if they blow the placing cash sitting on theirs hands for too long.. then the SP will most likely go to the dogs with more placings.. Its a good test of the BOD to see if they can navigate through this...
BF is right: the coronavirus will kill off any progress here as it will do with many other stocks. Some companies have plenty of cash reserves to weather the storm, but this company has fairly limited funds.
BF
Ah nice to see you read the posts from the posters with more common sense in one little finger than you possess in total son. I thought that was a total load of nonsense you posted but I suppose it's difficult to spot anything else in your verbal ranting other that complete and utter tosh.
Now run along Dr Bottom and post your meducal expertise on some other board and bore the a*** of those poor people. Intelligence eh don't make me laugh!!!
Mr T
MrT : Shut up!
You've shown yourself to be ignorant and indignant of others.
Clearly, you think I'm sayin I'm an 'expert'.... so only goes to show you're also incapable of reading properly - numpty!
By the way, I did make a figurative mistake in the previous comment about normal viruses being 1%; it's actually more like 0.1%; Clever, intelligent Boarders will obviosuly of figured that out :-)
If you don't believe my 'figures' and projections on the possible 'kill ratios' then consider this......
Number of deaths currently just stands at over 2800 with contagious cases being just under 85k........ Do the math MrT....... over 3%..... and it hasn't even hit the general populous yet.
But..... here's hoping you don't get it along with your nieve, incompetent, trolls.
P.S. I only removed my filters on you because I knew you'd be a plonker..... you can only dream of matching my intellect mate.
P.P.S. I am definitely NOT your mate sunshine!!!!
Back to filtering the both of you for good.... ciao amigo dogs
Earache,
I see our mate has landed back, now full of doom and gloom and a medical expert to boot, wow, what a brain we have here!! in fact why he or she spends so much time trawling these boards is beyond me!! surely they should be running a country or CMO in the UK!
Looks like he has blocked us though as apparently he cannot see what we are saying!!!
As for you comments re new investors I will do some checking see what I can ascertain. The $120 loan re the acquisition was approved way back in December so I take it that was paid as stated in the RNS. I believe this round of funding relates to Donavan initially and before any JV is agreed UFO would have to demonstrate they were financially viable. I cannot imagine any partner agreeing to a JV under any other circumstance can you, both parties would need to be fully funded as full due diligence would be instigated before any deal was signed off. I agree appalling timing with what has happened in the markets since, but, as someone on another board the fact that UFO a tiddler got away with a £700K placing does suggest the market was open to the placing but at a reduced price? I would have liked it at 17/19p area personally but it is what it is.
We can currently buy just under so have the opportunity to top up as when if you believe the story. Markets in turmoil may suggest you hang back for now as you may get in cheaper for a top up.
Mr t
Earache
I assume you refer to "existing investors" that took part in the placing although to be honest we could buy cheaper in the market now.
I wouldn't worry too much regarding that if that is what your concerns are I would much rather it be that way round.
Still see a bright future here in fact showing 10%up on other sites but once the markets settle and Bill keeps the news coming I believe this will be a good little earner for 2020.
No sucker tonight doh!!
Mr T
Also, the board has done nothing since the SP has dropped from 0.21 to 0.13... don't we shareholders need an honest explanation?..(.I.e ...we don't want to spend our own money - you mugs can do that!)
Unbelievable.... don't want to invest their own money but happy for the shareholders to take the hit...
Sorry, but I thought the 'new board' was going to take this company under a new name (UFO) in a different more profitable direction for the shareholders....but sadly it seems to be the 'same old'..Directors and family are still going on jollies to Mexico and Australia at our expense....
Regardless what 'potential' they have....IMO there is no way these charlatans will make anything for shareholders...Very sad and disappointed.
