I would be delighted if this is silver's time to shine because I've been putting a few hundred each month into physical silver as well as my UFO investment . . .
But if we've still got time to wait for silver, remember the management is focused on iron ore and copper too. We're OK!
Well I just topped up. Bottom is definitely in IMO.
Looking forward to a nice ride back up.
Nothing there I'd disagree with Max, but to apply my usual note of caution I would say that pressure has been building in the silver space for a very long time, and for almost all that time folk have been predicting that the price is about to explode. I remember reports a decade ago stating that silver was about to hit $100/oz - of course we all know it never did.
Whilst a big move in silver looks increasingly inevitable, let's not mistake that for imminent. Silver attracts the most fanatical supports but also spends the vast majority of its time disappointing them, and I say that as a long term silver bug who would dearly love to see silver finally make the move others have been predicting for many years. On the plus side is that, as we all know, when silver does move it can move very far and very quickly, and even if it doesn't make a major break soon, autumn tends to be a time when silver does well anyway which might just nudge a bit of action in the direction of UFO.
To rejog peoples memory, on the last silver squeeze Alien Metals was the only junior to be featured in The Times and The Daily Mail:

https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/investing/article-9209527/Silver-prices-jump-eight-year-highs-Reddit-traders-pile-in.html
On the morning of the 1st Feb, it was the Aussie juniors that started to go nuts first, then London, then North America.
Why do the silver juniors go nuts on large silver moves? Because silver is a tiny market and people want to get positioned for maximum leverage.
What if silver actually breaks $30 this time and heads towards it's ATH of $50?!
Maybe unloved by the majority,
but fed, watered, fussed and adored by those in the know.
Go UFO!
From memory the silver squeeze did seem to translate to interest here - but I'd really love to see a sustained rise coming from an influx of investors who work from data and fundamentals rather than traders looking for a chunk of change :-)
I think when a new investor looks at the historical chart - the drop either presents an opportunity or makes them wary but hopefully they do some research on the projects and see the potential there.
The non -biased analysts who don't favour particular assets that I prefer seemed to indicate Q3 onwards seeing a return to sentiment for PM's as investors woke up to the fact that although the increasing prices of most things may slow in time - they probably won't be decreasing........
Their forecasts look good so far and this on top of investors noting the huge profits the majors are making should start to generate a return to our currently unloved sector IMO :-))
Hey Max and all,
I'm ready for an explosive silver move, I'm ready for whatever comes along . . .
After our crazy rise last year, there are lots of eyes on UFO and I'm quite happy to hang around here until the world catches up with us.
Go Silver, go UFO!!
@livestock, Chris2 said the same thing the day before silver squeeze when people were selling their shares at 0.82p. Then 3 within 3 days we traded 600M shares and the SP went to 1.60p!
No, I don't see any connection either!??
The price of silver and ufo are not connected I should of listen to Chris months back he did predict this
Hey Barrett. I was hoping you would post "Hi Ho Silver!"
I'm fully strapped in for a violent explosive silver move to the upside. Investors are finally starting to call Powell's bluff. Implications are huge.
Should be fun!
Silver up 2.4%
UFO down 10%.
Seems to me a rise in on the cards . . .
I've learned to be patient with UFO.
