What did you think was so good about Bill.
He dabbled in too many things because he was a geologist and not a CEO
Yep so as i said, Bennelong aren't the major holder
Sorrento Resources Pty Ltd 11,143,234 18.42%
Bennelong Resource Capital Pty Ltd 7,736,013 12.79%
Holdings in ERW, as already posted
I get your point Sinter - the web indeed includes Windfield Metals.
Sinter what is the relationship between greentech and UFO. They aren't a major shareholder here. Bennelong also aren't the major player in ERW.
I'm no fan of slimy Rich, but equally i don't want to us to expand fantasies of some complete Machiavellian web
@theannoyingdevil et al posting doom.
We see all the positives coming from the usual suspects, with context and even some numbers from time to time. Rather than post like Nostradamus with rather rubbish doom and gloom messages, can you actually put some context around your views for debate? Perhaps your opinions wouldn't be dismissed quite so quickly if you made a structured argument against the stock?

It will be interesting if Macquarie Asset Management (with $892bn under management) or associates take an interest tonight.

Interesting to see that MJS signed the Bennelong GRE Form 603.
Wonder if they have an unofficial affiliate AGM to formulate a top down strategy in the pub.
Market makers walking this share down again, it seems relentless, when we look back in time I wonder where the actual bottom will be 🤔
What type of Rns is going to turn this around, the only one I can see is the Fid on han and between then and now I can see new lows,so as Cj said I will be patient while watching the new lows each day.
Always try to be positive at least we are all above ground 😄
I liked Bill Broodie Good, i think he left because he had better morals than what he was being asked to do by the puppet master.
Safe to assume the loan is keeping the lights on.
Some might think that this is diversion tactics to move the focus away from progress on the iron ore and silver at EH. This latest news is positive but let's not forget it's not a game changer and in the short term it might keep the lights on for a while, the only thing that's going to move this is the road being built (according to Max July) and a JV on the ore with first shipment Jan 25. If that doesn't happen then there are major problems and it could be another COPL or Sirius.
Im not advising anybody Selling, just open your eyes.
@theannoyingdevil. Sounds like you are still waiting for a placing to buy into.
Re-rates & Hanc0ck JV first.
Errawarra alone are confident their own newsflow will get the SP flying past 0.2p.
Hanc0ck update very soon. Mining Lease was just the WA Dept of Mines.
Richard qualified as a solicitor and worked in investment banking and has over 20 years experience investing in the resources sector and providing corporate and strategic advice for resources companies listed on either the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) or the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
All paid for by issuing Shares and Pump and Dump Schemes - participating in and charging for the 'advice given'.
And Maxie Boy gets fed by the same people Fleecing YOU.
Surprised the mcap is still around £10M. Plenty of scope for further falls in the SP given recent news...
They confirmed the presence of pegmatites during the ground reconnaissance and similar pegmatite swarm to AZS which is now valued at $1.7bn (and they only own 60% of Andover).
"Errawarra has immediate plans to commence exploration for lithium on the project" and we should also be getting results of the re-assayed core with all other data of other battery minerals.
We also get extra A$500k cash and focus on our flagship Hanc0ck project and getting it fully permitted by next month with offtakes JV etc. Sounds like a good deal to me.
...and that my friends... sums it all up.
Sin - Yes eventually i didnt see any escrow agreement in the terms.
Assets get moved around, agreements get made, all paid for with new shares being issued in both companies. Not a bad way to create money in bad times. Sharesholders diluted, Consultants (RS) gets paid a nice sum for advising such schemes.
Simples.
My Anger and frustration in this stock is purely based on the Funding arrangements that RS chooses to Fleece the ignorant and blinded PI. Just a shame people choose to look the other way and focus on the Jam tomorrow Stories.
@AD, you mean ERW will dump their shares in Alien Metals on next meaningful rise?
I guess investments held on the balance sheet convertible for cash, in a tight financing market, is instant liquidity. Alternatively maybe ERW on the Aussie exchange will find it easier to get a placing away than UFO. Effectively this is what it’s all about in exploration, if one in 3000 make it, the ability to raise cash is more important than the economics, geology of the deposit and commerciality of the business. Moving assets around and JV’s gives the company another chance at a raise from a new set of investors.
I’ve been on Hotcopper for a couple of days, and much prefer LSE.
The collective group companies have amassed a large landholding, I guess the chances of hitting something big is what keeps the large investors increasing their ownership.
They have been peddling that 2.7p figure for years now .. im not sure they actually check the current SP ;-]
That would give us an Mcap of £171M - not likely unless Iron Ore goes to $150+ and stays there.. then its "possible" if we can actually get the mine up and running at some point..
possible but not probable - Maybe next year lol...
