Thought was me with the hearing, i liked the bit about increasing the casing at chinnock due to the pressures, just get the
feeling a monster that cannot be caged yet, every time they do something ie recorders, it comes back to pressures.
Is it me that we are sitting on the main resource of the island. every time we talk about this it seems to get larger and forward prices. Patience key here.
Homebrew I think you are about right there I did hear the 500 but it didn't prick up my ears so can't be for the one well, we get the info in hopefully a month but hundreds was mentioned at an earlier date so 200- 300 would be outstanding.
Just listening, I think he said we think it will produce around 500bcf, I think he was referring to the Central block that has already been in production and on the presentation it has 500bcf natural gas over the Central block
Sounds like the audio and link were choppy for most. Let’s see what we glean from it being re posted online.
In fact was he not talking about the only other comparable well onshore that was 500 and had been producing for 17 years so was going to make predictions from that wells.
I’m pretty sure he said 500 and I think he muttered “half a trillion “ before saying 500 billion.
At least that’s how I remember it but he did mutter a bit around this.
I guess we will find out soon enough.

I think it is highly likely it will be cut. 500BCF is $1.5bn gas revenues at $3 MCF! Time will tell and I’d be happy with half that figure. Onto Chinook for a potential life changing drill !
Trying to stay a little frosty here but if that's now 3 of you that believe 500BCF was mentioned then where does that leave us with the Market Value and share price predictions now!!????
Soz, messed up the first post
Will be interesting to see if it's cut from the presentation when available on the website if it is we all heard right for sure 500.
Trying to stay a little frosty here but if that's now 3 of you that believe 500BCF then NOW where does that leave us with the Market Value and share price predictions!!!????
I heard 500 but presumed he was talking about something else, is it possible he forgot that information isn't public yet until after he said it in the office I am sure it is a normal day conversation for weeks now.
We will be drilling again in a few weeks and they reckon they will be drilling on the licence for the next 5 years and scope to bring a second rig in next year if the next drill in July/August is successful.
Dana are you sure you heard 500BCF? It sounds like you were attempting to have this confirmed by others. If it’s anywhere above 250BCF I’ll be gobsmacked.
17 prospects more on the licence area, all current drilling have multi well permits in place 5 for each, pipe line should be paid for as part of contract Coho we are paying ourselves and more than likely sell the pipeline once up and running to tie in with the total contract and pricing. negotiations still ongoing and will give full details when they can I suspect this could take up to October for full details.
If it's 500bcf, that's ferkin huge at this stage.
David, I am glad I wasn't the only one.
I think that they retraced slightly, as they want the numbers to be verified by a third party and they have only just got the data logs up and running.
500 million seems like rather a nice size as previous estimates alluded to the 150 to 200 range.
We are all going to have to sit back and relax for a while.
Next time I shall try to record it I think, but we should get a re-run on youtube fairly soon.

Yes I heard that - I'm sure he said half a Billion. Or was I just wishing it.
I can't say Dana, the audio is awful. Getting every third word.
I am sure that Paul said that the size of Cascadura is about 500 Billion cubic feet, and he then sort of glazed over it.
Did anyone else pick up on this?
