More mm robbery which is happening everywhere. Buyers having to pay 20% higher than sellers...shocking and no wonder these penny markets on their knees with the mm's doing this everywhere now
So having look at things, seems Paul is director of PXOG massey who once owned by prospex oil gas (now energy?) and was sold to H2oil, a private company looking to develop oil gas projects in europe as well as provide well expertise services. The Angus energy/ saltfleetby deal sounds like could have been similar so may be option being worked - again just thinking ideas and apologies Kwota if you’ve already mentioned this before!
Today's star traders. 2,714,292 paid 0.073p and sold for 0.0465p
3,266,412 paid 0.064p and sold for 0.042p.
Never ending these impatient idiots eh
Can’t say I’m following them all but does sound more than usual! Think the government debts and markets aren’t helping with inflation etc making companies struggle (but that’s just my view!)
On this one I noticed Paul was part of forum energy limited which was involved with PXP energy (oil and gas) in Philippines (pitkin group looks circa £250m company) completely throwing ideas out here and see it’s a different entity (but still Paul involved) wondered if could be any links
Sorry a bit off topic, but what is going on with the markets....Another 3 shares this morning planning on delisting. Soon there will be no companies left on the AIM!!!
The one thing of late is that we have at least have some trades.....if you look back at my posts you will see that there was a time in Feb (I think) that we didn't have any trades for 2 weeks I think....
Which is making me think that something is happening.
Not always correct but I feel when they do this on share which hasn’t done much of late (as well as NT to buy significant volume) something could be afoot ..
I was going to buy more this morning. When I did a quote the mm wanted full 0.06p so I backed off and sure enough somebody else sold 4 mil + at 0.0465 I bet these mm's are laughing in their offices at how easy this game is now. "you want to buy sir well it's full offer, you want to sell Sir well it's miles below the price I am willing to sell for"
Sorry ignore all those numbers underneath.
He's 77 years old love it :-))
Never too old to do a new deal eh

I think I'm still in shellshock from other beatings not to read this correctly. So been looking on their website and of course
he converted all the CLN at 0.4p not 0.04p. I'm surprised the price never went nuts, well it did but sadly in the mad ponzi world nearly all who bought in sold out again but that does not mean it will not pop again. There is certainly room in between the current price of 0.05 and his conversion price of 0.4p and what plans have they got so he makes money from them again because it's a hefty instant loss on those shares to take.
"Mr C C Johnson holds a Convertible Loan Note (CLN),convertible in full into 226,250,000 Ordinary Shares at 0.4p per ordinary share (a 29 per cent. premium to the mid-market closing price of 0.31p on 8 July 2022) and can be converted at any time by Mr Johnson, subject inter alia to his entire holding being less than 29.99 per cent of the voting rights in issue in the Company. This CLN carries the right, upon a conversion, to the grant of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares on a one for one basis, exercisable at the conversion price for a period of two years from the date of grant. The Company does not currently have sufficient authority to allot securities to satisfy the creation of this CLN, and has agreed to convene a general meeting to seek such authorities before 31 October 2022. Mr Johnson has agreed not to exercise conversion rights under the New CLN until the Company has obtained sufficient authorities"
Funny I just got 2.5 mil even cheaper at 0.05p, now for the same it's full 0.06p offer, basically the mm's are happy to rip off sellers but any buying anywhere and they quickly run for cover
Well put your money where your mouth is they say: Just invested another £2k bringing my total shares to 27m now at an average of 0.14. So there you are Dave’s, some of us do still invest….hopefully in the right company ;)
Market is the worst ponzi in the 30 years I have been trading. Fundamentals mean nothing. Loss making stocks because they are up 30% it's all buys next to highly profitable stocks drifting all sales. Day traders should be proud of themselves they have totally destroyed the market and now they will be lucky enough to make a decent living. I made a 6 figure sum in 2020 and 2021 to cushion me from this malice from holding stocks not jumping in and out for £20 like Earl does
Davey, may also be lucky being in as nobody knows when things can change (as I mentioned I was in GST and it exploded upwards on a new buyer) and I know I’d rather be sitting waiting than the mad rush to get in.. always say fair play to those that trade in and out (it’s their own prerogative) and can help with liquidity when things get going - though too much stress for me hence like to be in early! All the best, I do think this one will come good.
Do you think you are respected Earl. One minute this is terrible then great then terrible again when you sell again.
You have zero respect on these forums, same on twitter, there is not 1% of honesty about you, just scamming all the time. I lost a lot of money today because I actually hold the shares I post on and do not dump on the side like you do while telling others they are like 100 baggers. LSE should ban you EARLOFSHAME

I don't post Information on my quick trades because it's momentum trades
as for my research ones, these are different.
anyways I not posting what I'm buying this afternoon......
let me buy as many as possible without alerting the mms
Every trade you do is a quickie you do not hold stocks, you are just a scammer and always will be one
Same I did a quick trade today on SAE
these quickies I don't post
davy50
if you hang around toilet to much, chances a you'll smell crap
traf is utter ****e hence did a quick trade
Last seller at 0.0475p paid 0.072p for them yesterday....as I suspected it's fish and chip paper already until the next spike which means every single buyer yesterday bar myself and maybe a couple of others will take horrendous losses to get their money out...depressing
Agree, have to believe in the process on this one.. I’m personally hoping for a GST style rise when it gets going (we can dream!)
This is a long termer
I’ll be still here too
Reckon by the close I will be the only person to buy in today still holding. I see all the pumpers from this morning have vanished and one by one every chaser is selling out through boredom, people cannot see past their noses now
