From memory Tils gave Accustem £3m working fund to keep them going while they progressed the project. I don't recall anything about apportionment of cost. Was that in the RNS.
There will be a "rush to market" when they realise they need to do a raise because the £3m has been spent and they want more from us poor suckers!!!
I'm surprised that the company has got away with it.
When the Accustem was issued via a demerger some of the base cost of the Tils was to be apportioned to the Accustem line. To work out the apportionment factors you need to know the market value of each line at the point of the Demerger. The company do not reply to emails, the registrar are denying all knowledge. I'm now trying to track down the ADR's and when they will be issued. I don't understand how a company can treat their shareholders like this
I've no idea what you are talking about. What are apportionment factors? What do you mean "the UK listed line"? The share isn't yet properly on any market so there would be no "first day dealing prices".
It is being traded on the PTC pink market but AFAIK very few/none of the UK holders have been able to trade it. I believe a few people (me included) can see the shares (not ADRs) on their accounts.
Has anyone been able to obtain apportionment factors for the initial demerger of Accustem shares from TILS? due to having the UK listed line there were no first day dealing prices provided. Now at the stage of waiting for the new Accustem shares to be received from the recent consolidation. I've contacted link and Computershare but they cannot provide me any details. Has anyone with UK shares received the adrs?
Mark. Both
Thanks ROCKZ, they seem to have a good product line if you can hold for a few years, I'm a LTH so luckily not desperate to sell after funds being locked-up during the conversion period and to be fair a lot of the Pharma stocks are way down over the last few months.
Surfer, the amount of shares you hold has been halved due to the 2:1 ADR conversion.
The value would have been the same (or very similar considering two markets) if your shares were still UK listed.
It will turn.
Finally, my Trading212 account has today provided my new shares after waiting for months - not good news as I would say it's half the value for my old UK TILS shares but as pathetic as it is, I'm just grateful to get something back after all this time..............Another bad investment choice but yours truly I'm probably going to hold as almost not worth selling at the moment!
Sarcasm @chugley or opinion?
I have been hounding both Tils and Accustem over the past few weeks to their generic info email addresses on their websites to try and get some updates - for Accustem I found a number which somebody did answer on yesterday - 0207 495 2379 which I found in one of the documents on the Companies House website. It would be worth as many of us as possible calling them to try and put pressure on for updates.....the girl I spoke to was extremely apologetic and did promise to pass on my concerns / grievances to the BOD. If I don't get any response I will chase again in a few days.
Accustem now at its lowest point. They'll possibly announce a buy back shortly
Of course they're buying back shares. They've realised they can't push the price down more
It is all smoke and mirrors - chucking snippets of this and that out to look as though they are trading when in fact every shareholder should be questioning this with what has come out of the company over past 14mths. The whole thing stinks!
Anything tangible to hand on too? NO. Accustem delivered to Market? NO.
Share Price falling off a cliff? YES
Everyone Locked in? YES
Can you do anything until it completely fails? NO
Is this giving time for the BOD to drift off over may months into places that cannot be held to account with all the money? YES! (Another NMC)
5million Share Buy Back! What an hysterical and cruel Joke from the BOD! We cannot even trade them or access them, or cash them in anyway. Some people have thousands in this and have completely been shafted. I have never seen such a laughable Post by a BOD (NEVER). Shares un-tradeable / Locked out for a Year and they are telling 8us they are doing a Share Buy Back! WOW! WOW! WOW!
Any updates on this?. Scumbag POS.
Wouldn’t feel so bad if they actually updated the market, even if they said not sure why it’s dropped but their intentions are the same etc.
Then again trials missed, no Accustem, Neil Graham presumably handed his notice in.
Maybe GC ought to pull his finger out of his ITA arse, stop buying dapper suits and deliver some value or answers to shareholders
