>Rinse-Repeat. SP will dictate any significance here. There will be a sp rise on Fridays close this morning then slowly drop back to status quo.
>Stealth was spot on with his post. No need for sarcasm.
Maybe SP would dictate significance - but I would say volume is a better indicator IMO.
Regarding the predicted SP rise and fall - please pick and choose some data to support your argument that stealth was spot on, as what I am looking at doesn't support this argument.
Friday closed with the order book bid/ask of 0.80-0.90, bid spent the day unchanged, ask was 0.85 for much of the day and is back at 0.90 now.

usernamebut-dim, try understanding business.
snooz - according to googlemaps 2 hours drive North from Adelaide and pretty much on the coast with a few ports dotted around. What did we do before google? Lets get digging !

> Anybody watch Aussie Gold Hunters on Quest? Lack of water's often a problem for them.
Maybe I'm doing that thing Brit's do where they don't appreciate the size of the country. But Alford East is near the south coast right - not the deep outback?

awesome news report
Yep, steady progress being made. ATB
Rinse-Repeat. SP will dictate any significance here. There will be a sp rise on Fridays close this morning then slowly drop back to status quo.
Another really good progress report. Seems like it’s all going in the right direction and ISR is spot on as method of extraction.
I’m not to sure what to make of this?
It’s not ground breaking, but I think the price is well below where it should be.
What are your thoughts on the results?
Nicole Galloway Warland, Managing Director of Thor Mining, commented:
"Pump testing of our initial water bore has shown favourable water characterisation and permeability for potential In Situ copper-gold recovery at our Alford East Project. This is positive news as we progress the project towards ISR assessment and development of an environmentally, low carbon emission alternative to conventional open cut and underground mining."
Maybe it's God that keeps the pay coming in.
nothing to do with your post....just the title.
why does the share price always go up the day I get paid?
There is no god

Aren't we here to make money...invest, trade etc????
or, are we here to drown our sorrows, and share the bitterness and misery?

Bore off. You're like a broken record. @BSG4
Hi, Burleigh
I'm sure Nicole would be pleased to know that you consider her youngish. According to the RNS of 27th April, she was then aged 53.
More seriously, I agree with you and Naise that having a female CEO in a sector that is almost entirely male is a definite plus point (provided she's competent, of course). I started buying Thor soon after she was appointed, in the belief that the company was changing for the better; and subsequent events (departure of Billing, appointment of Potter as chairman) have made this one of the very few forecasts that I got right.
Best wishes
And more to the point if elected she wants to build several new nuclear reactors. I'm not commenting on her political agenda but that would mean more uranium needed.

As for a previous comment regarding placing yes I'm sure there will be and most of us are probably aware of this - after all it is the nature of the beast as are a lot of compan ies in AIM. A round of good drilling results and permits for uranium exploration should see the sp up nicely and maybe a placing on the back of that. GLA.
Agreed...gold/copper etc prices only relevant if in production or will be in near term production (within at most a couple of years.)
