Following a 60% rise in share price two weeks ago, Hawkstone Mining has been in suspension. They have just requested another extension to that suspension.
Maybe some sort of negotiation going on regarding their Big Sandy Project.
Hawkstone purchased Big Sandy from Thor a couple of years ago and Thor holds stock in Hawkstone as a result.
The sooner Mick goes the better, it’s a mess, a steaming one !
I'm thinking just to sell on a 90% loss just to be done with this waste of space company
I wish I was that pathetic I spent all day talking on internet forums about shares I'm not invested in. What a great use of my time that would be... LOL
MTR have made it pretty clear IMV they won't accept another placing unless there is a dramatic rise in the SP beforehand. Thor despite all the talk of great assets has virtually no cash now. So a disposal is surely on the cards. The Spring Hill royalty first if possible, if not - then a chunk or all of pilot mountain or Molyhill once the extended resource is issued
The next placing will be interesting.
No change until Mick goes.
Come on THR get back to the placing price, you know you want to do it.
The news catalyst could come from encouraging nickel exploration results at Split Rock with historical research showing gossans in several places along a significant ultramafic structure almost the entire length of the tenement which has only ever had several samples taken . Add that to the recent nickel results in stream sediments and we could be looking at a potential new nickel sulphide province.
In looking for gold we have stumbled on a very encouraging nickel prospect. In the right rock types and only a couple of km from our high grade hematite !
THR is looking extremely spivvy at the moment... usual SI Capital client suspects in tow....
I think Keith the seller from MTR is the mysterious buyer here making 3-5% per day !! When your spinning £20/£30 grand a day it’s money not to be sniffed at; after all, unless there is some serious changes at the top, this is a company with no money whatsoever, money draining away daily from boardroom salaries etc and as other posters have stated, another raising will surely be on its way shortly; and just for clarity, I hold no shares here, I’m not a ramper or de ramper or paid to bash but I am quite a large holder of MTR which hold a large tranche here.
Well, somebody is confident!
When are they going to start digging some 'metal' out of the ground and selling it to make a profit?
We just seem to be in a repeat cycle with far too many projects on the go and dilutions from placings!
Interesting RNS, but there doesn’t seem to be any real plan other than a bit more testing here and a bit more testing there. I can see this drifting unless management get a grip and serve up a decent plan to entice investors in. Until then it feels like a lifestyle share. Just my opinion of course, but feel I am going to be stuck sitting on a loss for a few more months yet.
gold grades too low.....not good

we know what number crunchers are like......hopeless, normally?!
Thor has iron ore acreage adjacent RIO - FMG and Atlas at Western Shaw but no RNS - it can acquire 60% + Fe on a significant hematite outcrop on its Panorama tenement where gold has been discovered -and then there is Karlawinda. Aussie gold stocks on the move and iron ore literally booming -but Thor still crying wolf about tungsten.
Yes for the time being it may float... There is too much disillusionment w the Mgmt MB .. maybe he may get the message
I'd say 2p from here is highly speculative under current management. If the management changes then yes, we could see a lot higher than 2p but past performance says this share will likely continue it's decline into the abyss despite the constant promises of Molyhill financing, Gold in the Pilbara etc etc.... It's all hot air.
I've never sold a share on a loss in all my time investing, I will normally just hold indefinitely until I turn a profit, but I'm not sure I can see this one taking off, what are your guys opinion - recoup some losses, or go for the long term hold, will we see
2p + again?
Starbuck, the 93 meters at 3 g/t interests me greatly, it could be a down plunge hole but even so it’s not bad been so close to the surface. But alas the management is an issue, this tungsten project should have been wrapped up, admittedly the tungsten price hit us hard but even so.

Yes Alf. Do hold him t account in a more constructive way.. if its his pay , how can we try t change that as collective shareholders? ... He is being given help by others ppl and companies of mining expertise
Not far off kapunda assays.
Rock style move could be here.
Historical drill of 93m section at 3.1g/t.
