O'dear does he ever give up
Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining, commented:
" Very solid progress being made by EnviroCopper at the Kapunda copper ISR project, continuing to confirm the potential for production of copper using ISR, against a background of rising copper prices".
"There is a very busy schedule of activities during the second half of calendar 2020 with potential to add significant inv estor value via gold focussed drilling, and more field test activities to further demonstrate the potential for economic ISR production at Kapunda."
"Some zones within the Kapunda deposit have previously been reported to host highly promising gold values, including 95metres @ 3.06g/t, ( www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20190403/pdf/4440hfmqpsl83y.pdf ) and we look forward to the drill program to confirm and extend these."
Explains all the buying yesterday, now just bring on the Gold !!!

Some would say with all these RNS's he wants to get the price up for the next placing but in the past he hasn't given a to$$ what he raised at.
Not for some
All looking rosy at the moment Mick can drill to his hearts content. Then it will dawn on him it's not commercial. Then he'll buy another discarded opportunity and drill on that... rinse and repeat.
More good news :-

Helicopters - blazing sun - field work - exploration continues apace on the Pilbara Goldfields project at Split Rock ( Panorama). When our boys are on the job in with a big chance :-)
Thanks, for that. It's worth enlightening new investors of the disgraceful decimation of value here. New investors normally spout about the small market cap. THR have That's not a surprise as Mick spends all the money on his remuneration. Massive share placements, 1.2 billion once. Then a consolidation to hide his sins.
Very interesting posting history tad negative
Yep its all happening down there, RIO, BHP, Newcrest et al, they all want a piece of the action, its the next big 'Gold Rush' !!
Ten years and counting. Diddly has happened, except Micks doing OK.
This isn't unusual. It happens in many other instances where an individual (irrespective of his position) has a conflict of interest. Not really sure why you're making such a meal of it.
Ultimately both sides get what they need. THR have cash on the books and have sold something that isn't really of use to them for the short/medium term. For TRR it's another addition to the royalty portfolio, and provides pipeline visibility past the current producing assets. I'm sure Mr Potter is happy - whichever hat he's wearing.
He stayed away? What did he wait in the other bar while his Two sets of mates negotiated on his behalf? I wonder if he feels he got a good deal and which half of him is most pleased? Obviously I’m only asking this to clear the air as I know everything would have been above board .... no pun intended.
He has to step aside through conflict of interest .
All it tells you is that he stayed out of negotiations in order to not influence either party. Having an interest on both sides of the table, it makes sense to stay away
I see that Mark Potter did not participate in the last placing, does that tell us anything?
A director of Thor, Mark Potter, is also a director of Trident Royalties Plc. Mr Potter has not participated in any decisions is respect of this transaction.
Not bad for Mick, another few months of salary for him.
...something like 10% of mar cap in cash for some non core investment. Should rise on this, BUT no mentioning of mh!?

As expected the sale of Spring Hill royalty is being sold to Trident . Metal Tiger has recently acquired an interest in this company.
