Jarvy the USA will be buying everything they can make at Tek in another week or two then Donald will kick the FDA up the arse...
Unless Gevernmentvis in a command economy change is slow and muddled..
Government's will be starting wars over this equipment shortly. Under the current circumstances, if Dyson and JCB can get something ready in a few weeks, and the UK government give them the greenlight to use them I am struggling a little as to why we haven't got a few if these out there already being used. Patience is a virtue and we have some great products besides these portable oxygen devices, but they really need to get their skates on.

I'm waiving import taxes on vital medical equipment including ventilators, coronavirus testing kits and protective clothing.
Dealing with #coronavirus is a collective national effort and I will do everything I can to help us win this battle.
Had to google Sheldon as I didn’t know what you meant. No, a different Bigbang! Interesting, didn’t seem to be any corresponding sells to the buys after 2pm, let’s see what tomorrow brings
I am sure we will hear the hooves of the young herd soon enough, enjoy the peace while it lasts.
Bigbang that is interesting and how things have changed for a moment there I thought you were a Sheldon fan.
But you know, we were happy in those days, though we were poor. ... But you try and tell the young people today that... and they won't believe ya'.
The thought of holding a stock for one to two months has probably blown a few young minds! lol
I worked on a dealing desk during the transition when paper registered shares went digital & the certificates were kept in a large vault and would be handled like ancient scrolls (not quite with tongs and white gloves but we were careful).
Edale must be below 3% now - expecting a TR1 very soon!!
Nothing much has happened here I see. Just thought I would clear things up whilst it is quite in relation to my i/d Bigbang.
I have a feeling most people under 50 probably think I am boasting! No, it’s a little joke for the older generation. Some of us were dealing pre 1983 before Big Bang.
Things were more relaxed in those days. Most days the price would not change during the day and could be obtained via Ceefax on TV. You made a purchase via an allocated broker (or use a banks broker) & you could not resell the stock for one to two months until you had a share certificate from the company in your hands. God help you if it was lost as a bank indemnity would have to be issued!
Anyway, thought I would clear that up. See attached for more details re a little history lesson whilst you are all self-isolating!

I’m sure you are all interested…NOT!! (probably thinking silly old fart!)

www.portableoxygen.co.uk (https://www.portableoxygen.co.uk/phillips-respironics-simplygo-mini/) I see Philips are in the market for these but their's are quite bulky
Have to remember they are scientists they do need a good pr company though
This new ventilator technology is a new development in addition to Belluscura’s portable oxygen concentrator, X-PLOR. They could of explained that in a bit more detail.
How much will these machines cost?
The Bellescura guys are all hooked up on oxygen that's why there's been nothing for ages. I guess they must be testing the gear. Perhaps these can deliver laughing gas because we all need a bit of a laugh at the moment.

We hope you are staying safe. We have some important news to report about Tekcapital portfolio company Belluscura. They have just filed a new patent covering a modular portable oxygen enrichment system, which may help those suffering from COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder) and ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome). This new ventilator technology is a new development in addition to Belluscura’s portable oxygen concentrator, X-PLOR. Read the report of the new patent filing on Proactive Investors.
Indeed, these two technologies could not come at a more critical time, as COVID-19 puts incredible strain on patients and health systems around the world. A new study on a small sample of recovered COVID-19 patients found that a segment of them had 20-30% reduced lung capacity as a result of the virus. With the global prevalence of COVID-19, the number of people who require oxygen concentration or ventilation is likely to rise. Read more about this new study out of Hong Kong on Business Insider.

Its a real shame we have a distressed seller here Belluscura need to up their PR, their twitter account is inactive to say the least. https://twitter.com/Belluscura
This share never ceases to amaze me. Right across the board in all the portfolio companies, the line-up of talent is second to none. Huge number of experienced people, most of whom have held top positions in leading companies/universities.
As I have said before, the only short fall is lack of experience in operating in the small business environment & lack of actual results which shouldn’t be too far away.
One of these days the market will wake up to what’s going on here…well that’s my take on it, but as usual DYOR!
Anyway, time for my one authorised walk under the new government Coronavirus restrictions, so may catch up with everyone later! To quote Captain Oates - "I am just going outside and may be some time!"
They have some big hitters on board here media trained as well
Professor Chas Bountra
Professor of Translational Medicine; Chief Scientist, Structural Genomics Consortium Oxford
About
Professor Bountra was previously Vice President and Head of Biology at GlaxoSmithKline. He was involved in the identification of more than 40 clinical candidates for many gastro-intestinal, inflammatory and neuro-psychiatric diseases. More than 20 of these molecules progressed into patient studies and more than five of these delivered successful “Proof of Concept” data and progressed into late stage development. He was involved in the launch and development of the first treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Alosetron) and was the first to show that neurokinin NK1 antagonists are anti-emetic in preclinical and clinical studies.
His current interests are i) using X ray structures of novel human proteins to generate small molecule inhibitors, screening in human cells to identify novel targets for drug discovery, and then developing clinical candidates for evaluation in patients, pre-competitively ii) focussing on epigenetic and genetically identified proteins, because these are likely to represent better targets for drug discovery, for many cancer, inflammatory, metabolic and neuro-psychiatric diseases iii) working with colleagues in Oxford to build major programmes in rare diseases and in Alzheimers Disease, and creating a “BioEscalator” for the rapid translation of science and iv) building stronger links with local hospitals, patient groups, regulatory agencies, private investors, CROs, biotechs and large pharma companies, to create a new, more efficient ecosystem for pioneer drug discovery.
He is an invited expert on several government and charitable research funding bodies, and an advisor for many academic, biotech and pharma drug discovery programmes.

I doubt it. He is based in the UK and Edale is a fund in the Cayman Islands. There are a number 100k purchases on the day he crossed over and sometimes, especially limit orders do not show at all or are reported late.
Wonder if Paul Coburn bought directly from Edale
The seller is like an annoying flea on a dog. Difficult to identify the number of sells from 24th, but I guess it’s mostly the round amounts e.g. 25K, 50k, 150k etc.…eventually we will scratch it off and hopefully price will then drift upwards without constantly being sold into. Probably the FDA is a little busy at the moment, but hopefully if/when the right news drops, these low levels will soon be forgotten?
Jarv55 – video excellent find…at last, they seem to have produced a decent promotion, confidently and clearly explaining what the product is!
I haven't really seen anything from Bellescura for a while. I hope they are all still alive and have enough oxygen thingymebobs. Might see some more off loading today by Edale, hopefully we can get it over with quickly and start moving again.
As I said before, Belluscura’s x-plo2r is not a ventilator and I guess that is why we are not featuring high in the scramble to produce these types of machines.
I have a feeling that the x-plo2r will come into its own in the aftermath of this virus and improve survivors lives if their lungs are scarred. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be enough information in relation to numbers and the extent of damage going forward, but I would imagine patient’s immediate survival is the current priority in the coming weeks.
