I have submitted my questions to flagstaff to be asked at the Q&A, Let's hope we don't have the board pussyfooting around with the answers.
One more question ....
Why has Amy Shim left and where is the RNS ?
Questions
Salarius
RNS 24/01/20 - ‘over 25 potential customers are in the process of testing and evaluating applicability of Microsalt® for their snacks and other product lines’ —— where is the update on this ?
Sharetalk Interview on the 7/5/20 - Dr Clifford Gross stated that they were producing thousand of pounds of MicroSalt and generating sales —— why have we not been given figures/update via an RNS ?
SaltMe!
How many stores are stocking the product ?
How many bags of crisps have been sent to the stores ?
How many bags have been sold in the whole of June ?
What is the profit margin on the crisps ?
Belluscura plc
Vox Interview on the 26/2/19 - Dr Clifford Gross stated that FDA clearance Q3 2019 — we know about the current delay but why nearly a year ?
RNS 17/06/20 - ‘external supply chain issues which has increased the scarcity of certain key components, increased lead times, and reduced capacity at part manufacturers and testing facilities’ —— if we are having issues producing a small amount for the FDA clearance how can we go into full production ?
Lucyd
Why hasn’t the current crowd funding been relayed to the market via an RNS ?
How much have we spent on Lucyd, how many glasses have we sold and how much profit have we made ?
Are we just hoping that one of the big boys comes and buys the company for it’s IP ?
TradingLad, thanks for your questions. Does anyone know how the questions are asked ? Is it a free for all or do you have to pre submit them, the RNS does not state ?
I unfortunately cannot make the call but if it is a free for all, unlikely, is it best to get one person to ask all the relevant questions that are agreed on this board ?
I was going to ask Tim Thompson of Flagstaff relating to communications, mainly the lack of it, but after TL is drawing a blank maybe it is worthwhile highlighting this in the Q&A.
I do not use Instagram or Facebook but use Twitter and TekCapitals presence on there is abysmal. Why are they not posting articles you guys found, copied below. Also it seems there is a general lack of communication either by social media or by an RNS. Surely the Belluscura delay should have been RNS’d out sooner and a more detailed update of the test in February. There must surely be some updates on SaltMe! and MicroSalt sales that should be in an RNS this also applies to Lucyd and the current crowdfunding.
Why are these links not being posted on TekCapitals social media and other news ?

https://kalkinemedia.com/uk/news/featured-news/tekcapitals-portfolio-company-lucyd-to-take-the-market-by-storm-with-its-new-smartglasses-coupled-with-voice-controlled-social-media-app
You guys have been on AIM probably longer than me but as you know unless a positive news flow happens the company drifts and speculations are then made of the reason for total silence. The company is full of very clever people but do they know how to manage effective communications to the media and to the AIM market ?
I am heavily invested here and at least one of the companies will be successful but it appears we are floundering as we do not get many positive updates
I will put my questions in the next post.
With regards to Lucyd is this latest crazy crowdfunding attempt going to dilute further TEK's shareholding in the business leading to our shareholding in the business as shareholders of TEK.
Good questions TradingLad. Thank you for asking them.
Given the abysmal sales figures, the performance of Lucyd warrants some commentary from the board (why not put them on the spot). I probably woudn't word it as strongly as you :-)
Putting the Q&A a side….
I think Lucyd is a tricky one. Ordinarily, I would like the projected revenue, associated costs and sales strategy (their short term and long term business plan effectively). This would provide a benchmark against which Lucyd performance could be measured (or give them enough rope to hang themselves, if they don’t perform).
But, I strongly suspect that Lucyd (like the crisps) is more proof of concept, with the long term hope being that a bigger player wants to acquire the technology. If this is the case (they won't reveal this) we at least need to know the projected future costs associated with Lucyd so we can see how much of a drag it is on TEK.
Steveiom: Strange time to step away if Salarius are on the cusp of something?
apparently you cannot submit questions it's literally going to be a Q&A on the spot, he must be feeling brave
Thanks, I thought they might be a little too abrasive but they need to be answered and it's not like these guys are my friends.
Hullaballoola, haven't submitted yet but I will by the end of the day, submit them if you want but it won't make any difference to whether they get answered or not in my opinion.

ClenchedCheeks I think you could be right about Amy Shim looks like she has resigned.

Amy Shim jumping ship is a bit of a concern. Why would someone jump ship from a company that promised so much and I wonder if this should have been released in an RNS if it is true? Thoughts?

Lad,
Have you put those Q's to TEK?
Think I might email your Q's too, if that's alright?
Hulla
Interesting that Companies House records show that Amy Shim is no longer a director of Salarius with effect from 3rd July whereas she still appears on the Salarius website:
Amy is a board advisor and provides guidance on MicroSalt® production and quality standards. She is a client services manager for Tekcapital and helps guide their food-related portfolio. She assists in evaluating the efficacy of MicroSalt® and assessing its future applications on snacks and other foods.
Totally agree.this is the right questions and now shareholders wants the answers.

TL – Excellent set of questions and can’t think I can add any additional ones. You obviously spent some time on these and thanks for that!
we'll be lucky to get 2 of those answered imo
I know the wording probably seems a little harsh and unwarranted but if you don't put these f***ers on the backfoot they will run amuck in my opinion, it's good to make them grow a little chest hair
So far this is what i have;
Salarius;
1) How much salt are you currently producing
2) How much salt are you currently selling and have sold in the last 6 months
3) Where is manufacturing taking place and why
4) Will manufacturing be scaled up
5) Are more orders coming in
6) Will manufacturing be rolled out in other countries
7) What are target sales and how will you achieve them
8) When will figures be released
9) Why have I had to ask these question and the company not been open and honest about it
Belluscura;
1) What is going on with the FDA approval
2) Why did the company not know that multiple units were required for the approval
3)If you didn’t have multiple units ready for approval, how are you going to produce them upon approval
4) What is the manufacturing ramp up plan and timescale
5) What are the cost implications for ramping up and where will the money come from
6) Why has this been such a monumental obstacle to get over the line? Considering the amount of advisors you have surely this should have been a foregone conclusion first time around.
Lucyd;
1) When will you stop flogging this dead horse?
2) There have been millions pumped into this and it’s not taking off, when is it time to pull the plug?
3) I have spoken with many TEK investors and all seem to agree that this product is a pathetic gimmick, it’s not getting traction so why is it still part of the portfolio, as a publicly traded company you need to take the shareholders opinions into account here and recognise the product is a drain on much needed finances.
TEK;
1) What is the exact cash position and is there going to be dilution to current shareholders
2) When you keep taking on advisors for various companies why are things not progressing at a far greater pace
3) What is the outlook for the next 12-18months, realistically what are achievable goals and what is the action plan to achieve these?
4) Has TEK bitten off more than it can chew with its current holdings
5) Why does your CEO of Salarius have so much time on his hands to post meaningless drivel on Instagram
6) When will communication improve from Ten
7) I have emailed Tim Thompson at flagstaff multiple times and never got a reply, this is massively concerning that the best PR outfit TEK can afford is one that doesn’t have the time to reply to shareholders.
